Absolutely horrible fake Stanley Cups the lids don't right and the company refuses to give defense thank goodness able to get PayPal to take care of me and get my money back.
I'll never do business with them again

I have been trying to order an item from this company and it kept saying no payment method available my area. Guess that was a good thing since I’m seeing sick bad reviews.

The stitching on my bag was overlapped by the handle so kowabunga said abunga. The material was not centered properly.

Item took triple the expected arrival time as well as the quality of product... essentially felt like I bought a expensive rip off of a temp item.
I will never purchase from this place again and advised all friends and family and social media never buy from here unless you want to throw your money awauy

Ordered a personalized Stanley quencher back on June 29th still waiting. I have sent two email to customer service….this is the third time still nothing!! At this time I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this company. 😡

You sent a incorrect case and it never replied to my emails regarding it. Your customer service needs vast Improvement as a business you should respond to customers when you ship incorrect items and make them pay for it

I’m highly upset. Waited forever for the cup to come because it’s coming from china. This is the second one I’ve ordered and wasn’t received at all. I most definitely will not be ordering from this website no more. And I’m now seeing the reviews I wish I would’ve seen earlier or I never would’ve ordered a second time.

These are fake Stanley products but that’s not the problem because the structure of the cup seems fine. The problem is the design on the cup does not look like the advertising. The colors are not vibrant like the pictures. They are faded and off color. PayPal suggests that you work with the merchant first before filing a dispute, but Merchidea strung the communications along so that when I filed the dispute with PayPal I had exceeded the time and they ruled against me. So I’m stuck with drab off color cups. My advice is to avoid Merchidea but if not file your dispute in a timely manner!

The cup was shoddy made and the handle is not brown but red.

Merchidea is a good and awesome website but I been having difficulty and having trouble with my package been delivered first package I didn’t receive it said my zip code didn’t match so I replace my first package with my second package on June 27 my package tracking said your package been delivered on June 27 when I look outside my package was nowhere on my front door step or my back door step when I contact again about I didn’t receive my package again for the second time they gave mee 5-7 days for them replace my order if my order don’t be in 5-7 days I want my refund

This was by far the best cup! Well made, great graphics! Was a gift for my nephew and he loves it!

I ordered a personalized tumbler & one without personalization. The one without the name was received but clearly it is not a Stanley Tumbler by any means. Have not received the personalized tumbler. It is so cheaply put together, plus the handle is loose.

Repeat Customer! Great selection of products. Excellent quality. Extremely smooth transactions from start to finish. Safe, secure packaging. I will be coming back soon!

I never got my cup or my refund was told it was her contacted the postal they couldn't find the pain kage and the merchidea did not give any explanation.

The lid won't line up correctly. It locks in directly across from the handle instead of 90 degrees from it.

The bar on top of cup did not mate up from end to end on. Up and the straw was cracked and broke in se eral places.

Great tumbler! Quality is awesome!

False advertisement it's not a stanley cup it's just a tall cup that just days stanley cup. Plus It was a waste of money
