I order two items and one was stained
I order two items and one was stained. I immediately contacted you and was offered $25 toward dry cleaning and a discount on my next purchase. While I appreciate the $25, I have repeatedly asked for a return/refund/exchange and have been ghosted.
Please have someone review and reply to my emails. I received a defective product and the burden of fixing that problem is now placed on me. I’ll send back the $25. I want a shirt that is brand new as advertised and free of (multiple) stains.
Please escalate this matter.

Unable to speak to member of Merc team…
Unable to speak to member of Merc team in customer service following an order returned to be exchanged for a different size in late January this year.
After countless emails and telephone calls and my spouse’s determination eventually spoke with a team member of Merc who reported could not find emails ?? In junk mail apparently ?? Didn’t update to my spouse why no tel calls were picked up and replied to over several weeks.
What is so disappointing is that I love your merchandise, but your customer service is poor in regard's to updating, resolving and handling queries!! Just trying to speak to someone on a telephone is pretty much non existent!!
When we eventually got this sorted it took over several weeks for my replacement order to be sent to me.
I am sorry but I am unsure if I will order from you again online due to the hassle this has caused me. 🙁

Very poor customer service. Waited over a month for a reply and refund. Its a shame, as I have used this company multiple times and bought a lot of clothing. Will not use again. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service never answer emails wanted to exchange for a different size ended up sending back at my expense and then got charged for returning on refund will never use this company again!!

I have previously liked the Merc clothing brand. Their returns policy and communication is very poor. They have not accepted a return, for me, due to a very subjective reason and at the expense of me returning it.
Avoid.
Worst customer service I have ever seen
Do not buy from their online shop, if you are unlucky enough to have a problem it will take them months to fix it.
My experiences was: I purchased a Harrington jacket. The package arrived open and the jacket was dirty and slightly torn. I wrote to Merc looking for support and a solution. It took two months for solving it. Something embarrassing
Poor service from Merc clothing
Poor service from Merc clothing. I have been let down. I ordered a coat in December order num 13194 which did not arrive, I have chased it up with Merc who informed me the courier has lost my item and would need to wait 30 days for this to be confirmed before they can offer me any options one being a refund. I needed to wait until the 23rd January. I contacted Merc after 30 days to get this resolved and without giving me any option they automatically sent out a replacement on 2nd February order number 13583. They sent an email to say I should receive an email with a link to track my parcel which I have NOT received. I have sent emails to Merc and still awaiting a reply I just want to resolve this I have no item and no refund how is this possible.
Poor customer service and returns.
I really like Merc clothing, I think their quality of clothing is really good. However unfortunately I have never had to return anything to them before. I bought a couple of tops and the sizing was off as they came up way to big. I returned the items via their returns service the next day.
The items were delivered and returned on the 11/01/24, after sending my third email this morning with no response to my previous ones, Merc have had the items for 16 working days, I appreciate the Christmas period can be busy but nevertheless this is poor service and I won't be purchasing from them again.
