Their service was fast and shipping was free.
My experience was very bad.
I placed my order online. I received an email confirming my purchase. I received nothing. Months went by and I started calling the company. I always got the recorded answer and chose different places to go in the hopes of actually speaking to a person, live. I left messages and never heard back from anyone. I received an email asking how I liked my purchase. I called the President who sent the email and had to leave a message for him that I had not gotten my purchase. Still no reply. I called several times and sometimes left messages. I never spoke to anyone and no one ever called me back. I finally was messaged through email that my product had shipped and several days later I actually received it. I will never order from this company again and will post on FB to make sure no one else does either.

Just purchased my first straight razor. Quick and prompt service from Men's Direct. Love the shaver. Straight razor is the way to go, it's cheaper and you get a better shave.

Huge selection of products at very fair pricing and fast free shipping. They used to send three free samples with every order. But my last two orders they didn't send anything free. Overall good experience.

The product was exceptional. The packaging was secure. I tried to call customer service a number of times for tracking information and never got a response. I emailed customer service and got a very helpful and professional response, though.

Where is my order???
I live in Brisbane Australia. I ordered and paid for an item from Mens Direct. The understanding was that as they don't ship internationally, I was to collect it from a hotel in Key West during my vacation to the US. When we arrived it was not there. We hastily arranged for it to be delivered to our last opportunity, a hotel in Miami. When we arrived it was not there. I have sent a series of emails, trying to arrange for me to receive my order, but they haven't replied. I am P***ed Off! I offered to pay for additional freight to get it to Australia. With still nothing heard from them, my only resort is to shame them into communicating by telling my story on social media..
My 1st one lasted 45 years!
Product was not cheap but you have to pay for quality. I inherited my father's Taylor-of-Old-Bond-Street-Club-Brush-with-Medium-Stiff-Dark-Bristle and it took 45 years before I needed a replacement. Shipped as expected with undamaged packaging
Sounds of silence?
Nice products, but are they still in business? Despite numerous emails and a letter to the owners, a promised bonus product has never been delivered, nor a possible breach of their credit card safeguards addressed. Very disappointed in their lack of response.

This Razor has the perfect grip.
Great Razor it has just the right amount of weight for a smooth shave. I would highly recommend this razor for somebody that has never used a butterfly razor before.

Legitimate company however, they had some difficulty shipping my order and getting it to me on time.
I ordered a Parker safety razor and some shaving accessories as a birthday present for my brother. I paid extra on shipping to ensure that it would arrive in time. It did not. I ordered the products on Sept. 15th and received confirmation from Men's Direct the same day. Three days later on the 18th i emailed them to ask for a tracking #.......nothing. Next day I emailed a different address for the seller that I found on my PayPal confirmation....nothing. Then on the 23rd I emailed them to notify them that if I had not heard from them in the next 24 hours, I would be reversing the transaction...after that I filed a claim with PayPal and the next day I got an email from Men's Direct customer service saying that they were sorry for the delay but the Parker razor was supposed to be the last one in stock but for some reason they were out of them and that they had tried to contact me with no success of reaching me.
Not only did they have my email and phone #, but they also could have had PayPal assist in getting a hold of me. I received no emails or calls from them prior to filing my dispute with PayPal. In the end, they sent me the rest of my order, refunded me the amount of the razor that was "out of stock" and I took my business elsewhere for purchasing another safety razor.
Sure footed customer care
These guys dealt with out of stock issues like champs, my safety razor arrived swiftly and I am know enjoying my smooth old school shaving regime!

Waited 6 weeks for an order.
One product was back ordered, so the entire order was held up. The largest problem was that I had to contact them for updates. There was nothing proactive from this company.
Not satisfied with the product
I purchased a chrome razor/brush stand. When it arrived, the holder for the razor was angled down so that the razor would immediately fall out after being placed in the holder.
I attempted to bend it to angle it up to hold the razor in, which was admittedly a mistake, and broke the holder off.
A good range of products with quick delivery turnaround.
Men's Direct has a nice range of products with an east to use website. Shipping is quick and you receive email updates as to package shipment.
The three free samples never hit my last two orders, but it does not alter my opinion of the fine services provided by them.
