I never signed up for this program
I never signed up for this program. Some other app may have tagged this onto their supplement subscription or they are simply running a scam on bought data. A mysterious charge appeared on July 8th in Paypal from a company I have never heard of (Menletics). I am trying to cancel the subscription now, but they make it extremely difficult to find where to cancel.

Mitigated experience with the app…
Mitigated experience with the app Menletics:
- exercises are pretty cool yet videos are sometimes freezing;
- weight loss objective (-4 kg) has not been reached (yet muscles have further developed);
- the least and the unacceptable part of it: automatic subscription extension at 4 times the initial fee (i.e. almost 100 USD have been debited from my account - too low value for so much money) => Menletics, you should have been more transparent on it, shame on you.

Deceitful Billing based in LITHUANIA
I paid for a four week course to try this out. I enjoyed and only missed one day (due to illness). I had not planned to renew or pay for another month but this morning before I could finish the course I was billed $105.89. Menletics customer support essentially told me sorry so sad. I paid for the course on a Thursday and had designed it to run 5 days per week. Obviously I was not going to begin on a Thursday. This is unacceptable. I would not do business with this company again. Nowhere (that I saw) indicated that even if one decided not to cancel that the next charge would be four times the amount of the first four weeks. In fact, I went back and used their site to tailor two more plans exactly like the one I paid for and never got the same price twice and neither of those times was the renewal charge four times the introductory amount. This company is based in Lithuania so good luck getting any issues resolved. Every email is basically "sorry". These are the sorts of shenanigans that make of us cynics if we are not careful. Caveat emptor! Bill Edited 7/12/2026 after Menletics' disingenuous reply. If they were sincere they would have offered my money back. I did reach out to their "customer service" folks and was essentially told "too bad, so sad" what's worse they admit in the emails that this whole billing scheme is confusing. It is clearly engineered to be so. They will not help you! They will not "understand" If you buy this program for a 4 week try-out. Please do yourself a favor and cancel it the next day. My understanding is that you will still have access through the four weeks for which you paid. Also take screenshots of every fine print box you are required to tic. (again, updated since the disingenuous reply by menletics)
