Es una estafa. La página es fraudulenta. He tardado mas de 3 meses en recibir un pedido que ha debido estar dando vueltas por el mundo, desde china. Reclamé el paquete, que ya no llegó para la fecha que lo necesitaba, además de no encontraste ya en su página WEB, y lo que enviaron finalmente son unos productos muy diferentes y de mala calidad. Nada parecido a lo que anunciaban.
No recomiendo a nadie comprar en esta página. Es una completa estafa.
Puse una reclamación y devolví los productos y perdí mas de 20 euros de gastos de devolución

Item was never delivered. They kept my money. Company is often associated with scams and/or reports of not delivering products to customers. See more below.

Their "tracking system" (provided in their email communications after ordering) doesn't give detail if there is a problem with the delivery. In other words, after waiting patiently for over two months, you can just assume a horse and buggy made a wrong turn somewhere because their "tracking system" is useless.

Only after doing my own data mining did I learn that the order was held up in customs, waiting for me to pay. But no one contacted me about this. This is also where I learned that another company name is used: Banbain Trade Co., Limited, a company infamous for scams and/or failure to deliver ordered products (according to my search results). More on that below.

So who's fault is this? Did I choose the shipping company? No

Did their website disclaim any potential issues that may be caused by delays or failures due to customs? No

Was their tracking system useful? No

Did they charge almost $20 more than the amount shown on my email receipt? Yes

Are the positive reviews shown on this site provided by the company memorieof.com, their employees, friends or family members? Most likely, yes.

Is anyone happy with anything this company provides? Read the reviews for yourself. Use your own discretion but know that fake positive reviews are a thing, reality, designed to patch flaws in customer service and real quality.

If there is a minus zero that should be the rating! My husband ordered a whisky guitar and it never arrived. They said it was delayed then after a few more weeks they said it was delayed again and after my husband said he would report them to Better Business Bureau and hour later their response is it was delivered! Wants us to check the lawn, garage or ask our neighbor if they got it! My goodness... We never ever had problems with our orders from any companies except this company so to any of you wanting to order… please be aware that this company is a scammers!

It was not the book i ordered as shown which looked really nice i wanted show my grandchildren, instead I got paperback book us history 101

Well presented. Measurements of the product would have helped, unless I oversaw it.

Good communication and able to track its every move , i’m a bit sceptical of buying anything on TikTok recently as I have been scammed twice , so it was nice to deal with an honest company for a change.

The Delivery from another country was Great, a little longer because of transit time but still arrive in tact

It was my misunderstanding the whiskey came in the bottle. But mostly the size. I thought it would be larger.

I love the product.

What bothered me is the fact that I placed the order, and waited for a very long time to see if the order was even received at your end, that notice did finally come, but only after I e-mailed you and asked where my order was. You blamed the tardy delivery on your shipping company. Wow!

All of this bothered me due to all of the SCAM and TEHFT profiles out there on the internet. I was certain that I was being SCAMMED. Thankfully I was not.

The second issue is making contact. I sent 2 e-mail follow-up requests to see where the order was, or if it was even received, and again, I had to wait for a period of time before anyone reached out to me in my THIRD sent follow up e-mail, so again, I felt SCAMMED.

Third thing, I received the order, finally, however, one bottle was smashed, the other was fine. Now I am out the cost of that broken bottle. I am not very confident in giving you a good rating.

Many things were not taking place as they should, like the tracking number, it would not work AT ALL! I had to make THREE follow up e-mails to fid this information, and it took the THIRD e-mail to hear back from you. I had ZERO clue what was happening with the order until 3 days before it arrived here at my Post Office. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Would you put up with that?

Will I ever buy through you again? Not likely as I now am out the cost one bottle I paid for, and not very happy. Will replacing it make me happy? Well, not if I have to go through this again.

You have a lot of work to do to keep my business. Replacing the broken bottle would be a start, however, the other issues are likely not going to improve any time soon.

I am an Audio Engineer here in Canada and work with very high calibre Musicians and their Management clients.

I was considering asking you for a WHOLESALE account so I can sell some of these to my clients with some mark up, but not under these circumstances. One other company I deal with in this same regard has a 15K annual transaction account with me. Not too sure if you are a good fit as another supplier, there needs to be changes made.

If I am going to have to wait for another MONTH to
receive a replacement bottle, then keep it. Im frustrated!

The item was much smaller than anticipated especially for the price thereof.

Der Versand war schnell und eine gute Verpackung. Die Flasche ist super und genau so wie ich sie mir vorgestellt habe .Gerne wieder .

Opened package no damage quality product only issue was shipping took to long but understand customs takes forever when it shouldn't, would purchase again from company

The product I received is nothing like the one on the photo in your online shop. The quality is cheap and not relevant to the price I paid for it.
I'm not satisfied at all.
