You go from saying its free unlimited…

You go from saying its free unlimited now I have 4 out of 10 folders used but now I need a subscription to even add a new one? Bunch of false advertising money hungry losers. How about just let the people with previous accounts fill what was "told" we had????

From time to time we make changes to how Shared Albums work, but any albums and photos created before those changes remain accessible without a subscription. A subscription is only required for new albums or for adding photos beyond your existing limit. If you'd prefer not to subscribe, you can also create an album and add photos for free through our app on the App Store (iOS). Very Deceptive

Very Deceptive. I was trying to compile videos for my wife 50th birthday. The first 3 videos were free. The others required a subscription. I tried to opt for the $6.99 a month plan, but they bill $83.99 annually upfront, instead allowing me to pay $7 to retrieve 4 videos. They are intentionally deceptive. Don't waste your time or money.

The monthly price is displayed to highlight the savings when choosing an annual plan. Before completing a purchase, the total amount and billing frequency are clearly presented on the confirmation screen. Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate, while monthly plans are billed one month at a time at a higher rate. Pricing is intentionally deceptive

Pricing everywhere on the website say Monthly (there is zero mention of the word "Annual" even in fine print). After you sign up, you can start collecting videos (the first 3 are free), but you can collect all your videos and then sign up for the subscription. ONLY then when you actually try to subscribe do you see that the price listed everywhere as "Monthly" was actually the Annual Price divided by 12 months. The real monthly price is 5-10 times the price on the website (depending on the sale at the time)

The Annual plan bills for all twelve months upfront at a discounted rate since you are prepaying for the full year, while the Monthly plan bills one month at a time at a higher rate. Pricing scam

My friend use this app to take photos at my Christmas party. We thought it was a $3.99 membership monthly. That was the pitch. They tell you that everyone can take pictures and upload to their app. What they don’t tell you is that you don’t get access to those photos unless you purchase an annual membership which is $50. That membership is pitched at $3.99 a month. But you can’t purchase it monthly. You can only purchase it annually. So you couldn’t purchase a monthly membership, use it to take photos pay for that month and then cancel. Which I do quite often I pay for the time that I use.

So there is no $3.99 membership. There is only $47.88 payment to be exact.

You don’t see that the membership is an annual one until you start the purchase process. Only after you start paying for the app and you get ready to press the confirm button do you realize that it is $47.88 that they are charging to your account after your so-called three day free trial.

In addition during the three day free trial you only get access to 10 photos of the 250 photos that are allowable in your membership level. But what they don’t tell you is that all BUT 10 of those photos are locked. You don’t get access to them. Unless you pay the $50. Do not load this app!!!! use your phone is actually cheaper to buy a phone to take photos then to do this app save your money. I am really upset that I didn’t get any of the pictures from my party except for 10 photos.

Be wise save your money do not be scammed by this app.
