The parcel arrived promptly, with updates to keep me informed. The items, a farewell gift, were required for the following weekend, grateful they arrived timeously 🙏
Our son and daughter-in-law are mariners, the compass design was perfect along with some Alice in Wonderland items.
They have emigrated and this was the perfect light wee gift for them to pop in their hold baggage, to open on arrival. I believe they were both a bit dewy eyed 🥹

Purchased to replace a similar one given as a present some years ago. The tankard arrived on time and was almost a perfect replacement for the previous one.

Good product but no delivery info
Lovely product but it would have been helpful to have more delivery and tracking information - as seems to be the norm now with other suppliers

Great office staff
There was a problem with my order - I received the wrong products, but the customer service was great. When I 'phoned the office my call was answered immediately, the staff were helpful and the problem was sorted very quickly.

Placemats
The products are high quality and very pretty as well. They are heat resistant and that really is the case

Good product
I had to pay excess postage of £4.75. I emailed you about this and got no reply.
Update: Melamaster got in touch and has given me a £5 refund.
I am now able to review the product which was exactly what we were looking for and of high quality.
