I could write the exact same review that Ms Blackburn did as it sounds just like my experience with this company. From The MACY's logo to the fact they said it was delivered and they cannot provide proof. I was at home the whole day that they said delivery was made and there was no delivery.
I didn't order a large amount as it did seem questionable (don't bet more than you can afford to lose) but I wanted to give it a try.
BEWARE of the MACY's logo being used by these companies.

Purchased May 25, 2025. Followed the tracking until June 25, 2025 when it said delivered at the addressed on the order didn't get. Email the address I had ask for carrier who delivered package didn't get the name. Ask who signed for the package didn't get any name. I just got my bank involved to investigate because tthey didn't want to return my money. I have no merchandise then I want to get 100% all monies. They said 30% but after I refused they said 50% I told them to deal with the bank. I want this company to be exposed for the fraud. You are using Macy*s logo to get people to go to this site. I have brought this to Macy*s attention. I will continue to say order @ your own risk. This is not a good company to do business with. USING MACY*S LOGO BUT NOT MACY*S. STOP IT ✋️

I purchased a bunch of overalls and other clothing from a company called dovooi for $72.51. I never received any merchandise. I received a tracking # and several emails but no merchandise. After over a month of I contacted them again and they claimed it had been delivered. I requested confirmation of a date or tracking info and they could not provide it. They then suggested that they would refund me 30% of my purchase. They charged my card under the name SHEV MEIISH. A SCAM!!’

I ordered a jacket under the guise that they were Macy's! (I should've known better). I paid $4.52 for the jacket and $15 shipping. I followed the tracking FROM CHINA through track718.com for a month and when it said delivered, it wasn't. I emailed the company and got an email back saying that they would try and contact the shipping company, which they couldn't tell me who that was. I got another email a few days later saying the item was lost and that the jacket was out of stock. They offered me a refund of the jacket price, but not the shipping. I told them that was absurd...why was I penalized for something that wasn't my fault? Any reputable company would refund the entire amount! I have not heard back from them since. This is the second package shipped from China using track718 that has claimed delivered and nothing was.
I'm filing a fraud claim with my bank.

I ordered "discounted" Chico's clothing from this "MEIISH VCLOTH STORE" which was able to debit my Bank account but can't seem to deliver the clothes. On this TrustPilot site, people who ordered "shoes" seem to be happy with their purchases. Any other items are not being delivered to very unhappy customers. I tried to reach out to the "meiish" website, but my security system blocked that website as a home for scammers. I found the original products listed on Facebook. Oops! Should never order from social media. I sure won't do it again. Now, my only recourse is to flag this transaction to my Bank and hope they can refund me my $62.22. I am hopeful.

Order made on 5-19-2025. Said it was delivered on 6-19-2025. Nowhere to be found. Can't get in touch with seller. Uses a tracking company to keep you waiting with fictitious info. Tracking company says they receive their info from seller. Lesson learned.

Never received products and link for tracking stopped working. Estimated delivery was 5-7 business days and its been 3 weeks almost full month. No response from vendor. Total scam stay away! Disputing transaction with bank institution.

I ordered from them and received a tracking number however never received anything. I contacted the company that they supposedly representing the company have never heard of them. I am contacting my bank to dispute charges. I emailed them and asked for a refund.

I placed an order in february... still no product..do I need to contact the better business bureau ???

The flip-flops were a fair price point. Their quality seems fine, and they're super versatile - great for wearing all summer long.

I never received my order than contact had nerve to laugh about it. Nothing funny about faking a website through Nordstrom 5 dollar rack you are a very sorry individual who takes people money.

I placed a $43 order for hey dudes shoes and they never delivered....tried a second time still nothing received.....no refund either....bunchbof bullS$hit.....terrible business!! Ripoffs

Same as everyone else. Total scam. Ordered. Tracked says delivered. Nope. They stated resent. Delivered...Nope....Contacted for refund....Nope. Call credit card company to dispute.

Placed order Jan 26. Credit card was charged. Told 2 times package was delivered but was not. No longer want to do business with this company so asked for refund. Was told 15-25 days for it to clear. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I tracked my order online for about 1 month, it was supposed to be an expedited shipment, their web site showed that it finally arrived in my general area and 2 days later it showed delivered. No delivery. I tried reaching out to the seller, all of the email addresses did not work, nor did their web sites. I tracked it back to these guys by googling the billing entity. It is a big scam. Not enough money for most people to want to deal with.

I placed an order in January under the pretense it was from Talbots. It is now the end of Feb. 2025 and I still have not received the order. Apparently if there was ever a legitimate order, it was coming from China. The tracking said it was delivered, however it was never received. I wouldn’t give this enterprise even one star.
