I won £50 on bingo 3 weeks ago but am still waiting to be paid. They are hiding behind an "investigation" so that they don't have to resolve the issue. I have exchanged over 100 emails but am still being fobbed off by chat bots. I provided the date, time, stake, winning number and game ID but they aren't interested. Despite my requests to speak with a human I am still waiting. What's the betting that this review is answered long before my query.
Customer services are dire, they don't care about their customers.
UPDATE: within a few hours of my honest review on Trustpilot I was given my £50 winnings which is now in my bank account. So skip the chatbots and avoid all the frustration and just a leave a review on Trustpilot

I have continued playing since receiving my winnings. I have never had a problem with withdrawals and there have been many. Uploaded the requested documents and they were verified without any problems. Always receive the money within 24 hours. Plenty of games to choose from, something to suit all tastes.

The customer support is really awful; no one replies to you on live chat. They always reject the documents, and of course, you can't withdraw your money. Even when I asked them to close my account, they said I needed to self-exclude myself. The only reason I gave them two stars and not just one is that they have some nice games, like Eye of Horus All Stars. I am not going back to them.

After depositing £20 and winning a good amount (to me at least), I started the withdrawal process.
When I logged in this morning to check progress my account had been de-activated. When queired with customer services I was advised that it was because I had self excluded from a sister company some weeks before.
Either, this company has a process to look for a get out clause when money is due for payment, or, if their process is to genuinely exclude from all companies under a brand, then they have failed miserably, and breached a number of Gambling Commission rules.
Especially as I self excluded from their other sister company months ago, but have been able sign up to two since then without challenge (For, reference I was only made aware all 3 were linked when queried this morning).
Ive sent a letter to see how they intend to rectify and will update.
UPDATE: Megariches asked for my details so they can investigate. This was 3 days ago. Still no response.

My money is missing
A few days ago I was trying to make a deposit. There appeared to be a problem and the money didn't go through, so unfortunately, I tried several times, nothing in my accoun. Later after checking my bank account all the payments were pending, a total of £230. Over the past few days I've spoken to my bank, who confirmed the money has gone to Megariches.
