Another reason to consider Megapass Istanbul
Sometimes tourism transactions are with an anonymous and unresponsive website. But there are real people behind Megapass Istanbul. Should you have a problem or need explanation, the people behind Megapass Istanbul are highly responsive. They were able to troubleshoot several issues that unexpectedly arose (and were not their fault). I would especially like to call out Deniz, who stayed awake late at night to compose videos to help us with an issue. He also followed up several times to check that our problem had been solved.

We did a tour of the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia with Hal. Hal was an amazing guide. Super informative and answered all our questions with delight. Would highly recommend!

He was very friendly and informative and answered our questions really well.
Also due to flight conplications we couldnt meet the first appointment on sunday. We were easily able to reschedule for monday. thank you very much!
