Megan Baker Anmeldelser

I have just bought a house through Megan Baker Estate Agents and the experience has all been very positive. They could not have been more professional. They are knowledgeable about the local area, wise about the purchasing process and reliably helpful but never pushy. I cannot fault them for the service they provided.

Anne and Megan were knowledgeable and helpful from the first point of contact right until the end, and helped us through a few sticking points in the sale of the flat. Couldn't recommend them enough :)

Everyone was really helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

If I could give 10 stars I would!

The team at Megan Baker estate agents are exceptional. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the market and understand the dynamics. More than that they go “above and beyond” in terms of service. They are clear on expectations, follow through and always kept us up to date. They built strong relationships with both us and our buyer which ensured the whole process went smoothly.

I can whole heartedly recommend!

What a diligent, professional team! Great communication throughout what turned into a very complex sale with a long chain. Anne and her team were thoughtful, kind and considerate from start to finish and thanks to that - we got there in the end! Our grateful thanks and without hesitation would highly recommend.

A really helpful and professional company. First class service. Anne kept us updated throughout from viewing to completion. Thanks Anne & Megan!

Right from the start we felt like Megan Baker Estate Agents were to be trusted. Gemma was very helpful during our viewing and gave us lots of advice that we were very grateful for. They helped guide us through the house buying process from start to finish and kept us updated throughout. Not only that, they chased up third parties to ensure the process kept moving along. We managed to complete the house buying process from start to finish in around 8 weeks! Very impressed with all the team, especially Anne with all her communications. We would highly recommend Megan Baker Estate Agents and would gladly use them again!

I'm so glad we chose Megan Baker Estate Agents, from initial contact to completion we were kept regularly updated. Anne is a real star, very accomodating and responds really quickly to questions. Once the chain was created the process took longer than anticipated, due to issues beyond their control, but I felt Anne was doing whatever she could to move the process forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Megan Baker to anyone.

I was the buyer in this transaction. Megan Baker Estate Agents were absolutely first class. Anne handled most of the transaction and kept us fully informed all of the time. She was a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending both Anne and Megan to anyone.

Me and my wife recently completed the purchase of our beautiful new home and would definitely recommend the team at Megan Baker. From start to finish, we were kept informed and reassured at every step. A special thanks goes to Anne, who consistently kept us updated and even took the initiative to follow up with third parties on our behalf. Thank you again!

Anne at Megan Baker played a very active role in communicating with all parties in the marketing and selling of our property. We were kept aware of potential delays and queries throughout. Anne’s professional approach made the whole transaction process much less stressful. Ultimately, Megan Baker succeeded in securing a buyer, where previous agents had failed.

This is the most incredible team, I will never use another agent to sell my home. The communication is fantastic and they go above and beyond for all of their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service with that personal touch. Very efficient, nothing too much trouble and always available for guidance and advice. Would recommend

Anne made the process of selling my late father’s house very straight forward. Her strategy worked very well in putting the house on at a realistic price therefore getting a lot of interest and the house selling within a week . Gemma and Anne did the viewings and gave feedback to
me after every visit . All offers were presented to us and we were informed what position each potential buyer was in and felt very much it was our decision who we sold the house to . A very seamless sale due to great customer care from Anne and Gemma . Thank you I would 100% recommend Megan baker

Looking to sell my family cottage, I spoke to five Island estate agents and chose Megan Baker as I felt she immediately understood the property's qualities and the people that would most appreciate them. It's a quirky cottage and has taken some time and effort to sell, but Megan and Anne worked tirelessly to keep things moving forward, persistently encouraging everyone involved (including myself) to complete the next step and providing good counsel on the many decisions one has to make as a seller. We've now completed the sale and I can thoroughly recommend Megan Baker Estate Agents to anyone wishing to find their character property its next custodian.

What a fabulous team!
Megan and Anne are professional, friendly and very supportive in ensuring our move was a smooth transition.
Would highly recommend to anyone moving on the island!
Thankyou ladies
