Megan Baker Anmeldelser

i have nothing but praise for the wonderful group of people that work at Megan Baker , they went out of their way to make our move to the island as smooth as possible, chasing up solicitors along the chain to ensure all was in place for the move date and time
thank you

Nothing but praise for all the team at Megan Baker. We had reassuring updates regularly all through the process from the extremely knowledgeable and diligent team. Cannot recommend them highly enough, if ever we bought or sold in the future we wouldn't dream of going to another agent!

From the moment Anne came to value the bungalow we were impressed with her knowledge of the area and the market. She didn't hesitate to put an exact value on it which she was confident we would get, and we did.
The team at Megan Baker brought numerous potential buyers and an offer of the asking price was quickly on the table. From that time we sat back and the team arranged everything very smoothly. We were kept informed all the way and the so called 'most stressful experience of your life ' didn't exist for us.
I have no hesitation in recommending Megan Baker Estate Agents.

I found all of the staff at Megan Baker to be very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Dealing with all issues in a calm, friendly and courteous way.

Prompt responses, good general attitude and helpful advice - all much appreciated.

Really happy with the service from the whole team at Megan Baker. They have all been very helpful and personal throughout the process and made it very stress free!

Great service and very attentive! Grace has been very helpful and made our first home buying experience stress free. Would highly recommend

amazing, on the market and sold very very quickly. Great commnications through out, and proactively moving the process forward. (i hope we dont) but if we move again, Megan Baker would be the first place i would approach

They are just the best estate agents ever. So caring and are happy to give you all the time in the world for phone calls and visits and are always there to dish out the emotional support too! Couldn’t have done it without them💜

Great help every step of the way with our purchase. Kept an eye on the whole chain to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thank you.

Really helpful friendly staff. I felt very valued and looked after through the whole process of buying my house. Can’t thank the team enough.

Megan Baker were very helpful and gave me advice too, which I hadn’t asked for but was invaluable information.
They did hassle me a couple of times about things that were out of my control hence 4 stars but overall I would recommend them from a buyers point of view.

Very efficient, professional and friendly service. Managed to move from launch of property to sale within four weeks thanks to sensible pricing, great communication and attention to detail. Would highly recommend. Big thanks to Grace, Jenny and Anne.

In a very difficult market they could not have been more helpful.

The Megan Baker Team are all fantastic! From the initial valuation process of the property we were selling to the completion. Grace, Anne & all the team were professional, efficient and always communicated brilliantly. We never once felt like they were pushy estate agents at all, just lovely people 😊 Thank you to each & every one of the team there who all work so well together and genuinely care about your sale or purchase, whichever this may be. Will & have already highly recommended you to others.

I had a great experience with Megan Baker during the process of buying my house. The choice of estate agent was the seller's, obviously, but I would use them myself and would highly recommend them to anyone else on the island selling a property. They went out of their way to be helpful to me, getting information I needed to make decisions about the purchase. They really seem to care about their clients and finding the right match between buyer and home.

A very friendly team who were always available to answer our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was a long and somewhat bumpy road but with their help we got there in the end. We can do nothing but highly recommend the team at Megan Baker.

As always, a fantastic service and an estate agent you can really trust. Reliable, efficient and with the client's needs at the heart of everything they do.

The team at Megan Baker Estate Agents provide a first class personal and professional service. This is essential in today's problematical property market. I thoroughly recommend them.

After a few months searching for our first home and couple of disappointing experiences with other estate agents on the island, it was a real stroke of luck that we found our ideal house through Megan Baker. The team gave us some really helpful advise and were very patient and understanding when things didn’t go quite to plan from our end. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Thank you ladies!
