Fantastic, quick and exactly what I was after.

Great service, great knowledge and friendly. As a
79 year old having his first dabble at playing music the guys were really helpful.

These guys are the best. Been going to Megas for 25 years. Recently they helped me out with an issue, and I ended up with one of the best guitars I have ever owned. Thanks guys. Customer for life here.

The staff were great and I felt comfortable

I ordered two sets of wireless microphones in December. After much waiting, I got one set at the end of January and realised that it was the wrong product. Then, the shop said they would deliver the correct set at the end of February. Again, in early March, when I called, they said they had received only one set. I am still waiting for another set after making the order in December. The best part is that no one will call to inform me whether it is coming or not.

As part of this order, I enquired about collecting my purchase, from your Wangara store.

Advised of the pick-up selection portion, as part of the order process, to direct this purchase to, I indicated Wangara.

No reference of this action appears on order and invoice documents. There is, however, a response to my initial enquiry which demonstrates my collection request. 

My grand-daughter requires this recorder in time for her music session this Wednesday. She is a student of St James' Anglican School, Alkimos.

Travel to Myaree is impractical - in terms of distance and other commitments I have.

Is it possible to deliver my order to your Wangara store on Tuesday before 1.30pm?

Great staff! Placed order & came quicker than expected.

Have brought about $10000 worth of gear from mm over the last few years and am generally happy with the service. My last order was online for a new ibanez guitar, case and strap. I paid online and was notified that it was ready for pickup. When i got there, the case and strap were not available so had to spend a further $120. Not very impressed with that and no discount that i could see even though my previous purchases include a roland fantom 8 88 valued at nearly $6000.

These guys had the instrumental book I needed when no other store on the East coast could get stock. Great prices and good speed of processing.
