We ordered a bouncy castle from this company and the whole experience was excellent. The bouncy castle was exactly as shown on their website. Their office contacted us on the morning of the event to check what time we would have access to the venue, which was a nice touch.

As promised, the driver arrived on time for both delivery and collection. The setup took around 10 minutes, and it took about the same amount of time to pack everything away afterwards.

I hired this company for my granddaughters recent birthday party and they were amazing. The communication during booking was quick and professional.
On the day of the party the team arrived right on time for setup. The bouncy castle was really clean and in perfect condition. Safety was clearly their top priority, they secured everything thoroughly and gave us clear instructions.
The children had an absolutely great time and were entertained for hours.
Cleanup and collection were just as fast as the delivery.
I highly recommend them to anyone planning a party and I will definitely use them again.

Turned up after the event started despite booking 6 weeks in advance. Also picked up late. Didn’t communicate on the late drop off or pick up.

I’ve used mega inflatables every summer now for 3 years. From start to finish I have no faults! They went above and beyond as I was very picky where I wanted my inflatables but they were more than helpful and accommodating. I’ll see you again next year mega inflatables! If you are looking to hire inflatables, you are looking at the wrong place. You will not receive inflatables.

We ordered 4 large inflatables to be part of our school summer festival, where we were raising money for our school. First red flag was that we could not get in touch with anyone for 4 days beforehand to confirm the booking.

Then on the morning of the festival we get a text saying that the van wouldn't start. So we arranged for a van to go and pick up from them. The person we were talking to, Lauren, said we were being rude.
When we reassured her that we were just trying to help and assist so we could run our festival, Lauren then claimed to be locked in a side room (?) and was the only driver available.
Why there was only a single person delivering 4 big inflatables and generators seems like poor planning. Combined with the responses we received from Lauren, I am inclined to believe Mega Inflatables never intended to deliver on our order.

You let down 120 children and the attendees of our festival. You hampered our fundraising efforts. You caused us stress on the morning of our festival. Shame on you all for being so incompetent.

I will be telling everyone I know in Chelmsford to avoid Mega Inflatables like the plague. The other inflatables companies we called that morning to try and source last minute, all knew exactly which company had let us down. "Mega Inflatables with van troubles, was it?"

Do not use.

Cancelled on the day with no offer to assist with replacement inflatables. Absolutely terrible customer service experience AGAIN! You would think they would be trying to sort their own issues out but clearly not….

Terrible service cancelled on the morning of a summer fete and then was rude afterwards! Not reliable at all!

Attended a kids party and the services provided was awful. Not organised at all and didn’t bring all items booked in for.

I had to give 1 star but if I could it would be 0! Absolutely terrible experience with this company! We ordered a set for my nephew’s 1st birthday and they only brought one thing from what we had ordered. Totally ruined the birthday and was a very stressful and negative experience. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. Would highly NOT recommend.

Used them for nephew 1st birthday party yesterday. Awful service!! Wanted a Mickey Mouse bouncy castle with slide, speakers Ect. Turned up with some old and decomposed jungle castle. Spoke to Lauren in the phone, she wasn’t helpful at all, they had you at ‘gun point’ at this time because you can’t even turn it away the kids are waiting. Honestly they are scam artist, I would not recommend them at all!!

Absolutely gutted with the service we received from Mega Inflatables for my son’s 1st birthday.

We specifically booked a Mickey Mouse bouncy castle and slide package, along with soft play, a bubble machine and a speaker. When the delivery driver arrived, we were told the Mickey Mouse castle wasn’t available and they’d brought a jungle-themed one instead. No phone call beforehand, no warning, nothing.

The explanation given was that the Mickey Mouse bouncy castle had arrived damaged at the warehouse. Whether that’s true or not, I find it hard to understand why nobody contacted us beforehand to let us know, especially when it was the main reason we booked the package in the first place.

The replacement jungle-themed bouncy castle was in a terrible condition and looked like it was falling apart. It honestly looked nothing like what we had booked or what you’d expect for a child’s birthday party.

To make things worse, there was no bubble machine because it had been forgotten, and there was no speaker either for the same reason. So two of the items we’d paid for simply didn’t turn up.

This was my son’s first birthday, a day we’ll never get back, and instead of everything being as planned, we were left disappointed. The main attraction we’d booked wasn’t available, the replacement was poor quality, and key items from the package were missing altogether.

The only solution offered was £50 off, which in my opinion doesn’t come close to making up for not receiving what was advertised and paid for.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but parents put a lot of time, effort and money into making their child’s first birthday special. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations. I won’t be using Mega Inflatables again and wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience.

This is the second time we’ve hired a large inflatable and the Service is excellent good communication on delivery and pick up seamless Service would recommend to anyone

Used them several times, the last time be g last week. Always great service. Able to book and fit me in last minute. Lots of communication when they are en route

Fantastic service from start to finish, even when the bouncy castle we hired had got damaged a quick replacement was sorted. Delivery was super smooth, quick and no fuss at all. Collection the same. Very pleased and would use again

Went yesterday at maldon and it was poorly organised. They allowed to many people in and it was so busy, couldn’t even sit down to relax. My children queued for ages, paid for tickets before hand as online said no tickets will be sold at the entrance. That was a lie. The queue was ridiculous right down to the duck pond and round. Too many children on the castles and no staff watching how many were on it. The toddler area, wasn’t being watched so any ages it wasn’t safe for my 1 and half year old. The advertising for this event sold it but was well and truly over crowded and children not being able to enjoy it. Queuing for all the bouncy castles. I wouldn’t be attending one of these events again.

The joke of a queue to get in maldon paid for the 2 hour session 23 minutes still not in estimate half hour to 45 mins to get in what a joke pay for full time get half the time inside queue right round the prom past the lake one bloke slowly scanning people in kids moaning bored not good

My son had a fab time at one of the Easter sessions last week, highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier, really great product. Really appreciated the flexibility as I needed to change the times and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.
