We would like to clarify that this case is not related to the client making a profit. The withdrawal request was not declined because of profitable trading, but because the trading activity was confirmed to be in violation of the Client Agreement and the platform's trading rules.

Following our review, we found that the account employed a hedging strategy to circumvent the platform's weekend leverage adjustment mechanism. Specifically, offsetting positions were established and then one side of the hedge was closed before market close, allowing a highly leveraged position to be carried over the weekend. This trading pattern significantly deviates from normal market trading behavior and results in an abnormal level of trading risk.

Furthermore, this trading strategy demonstrates characteristics of using a hedging structure together with the Negative Balance Protection mechanism to minimize downside risk while maximizing potential returns. Such trading behavior does not constitute normal investment activity and falls under the prohibited abusive trading practices explicitly outlined in the Client Agreement.

The platform does not restrict withdrawals simply because a client has generated profits. All profits derived from legitimate trading activities are settled in accordance with our policies. However, any gains resulting from activities that violate the Client Agreement or the platform's trading rules cannot be recognized or settled and will be handled in accordance with the applicable provisions of the agreement.

We highly value each user's trading experience. During this particular case, our risk compliance system identified that the user registered with fraudulent identity information (KYC fraud) and was involved in multi-account arbitrage and manipulative trading behavior. These actions are in serious violation of the core terms outlined in the Client Agreement, including real-name registration, secure trading, and maintaining a fair market environment.

In accordance with our company policies, we fully refunded the principal amount and immediately terminated the relevant services.

Despite multiple attempts to contact and notify the individual, he instead chose to publish false and misleading comments on external review platforms and send threatening messages to our team. We regret such behavior and reserve the right to pursue legal action as necessary.

Since no resolution has been reached, I will contact the regulatory authorities you are currently under and file my complaint today.

I will also prepare and send the same complaint statements to platforms such as WikiFX and Trustpilot. Around 120 clients, to whom I have introduced your brokerage services, will support me in this matter and actively post complaints on both social media and regulatory/review platforms.
