I didn’t have PayPal so the helpful sales person set up a visa choice and included delivery which was helpful. However, the delivery was on its side, against the arrows to have it upright.

Great service and quality
Everything I ordered was even better quality than I had hoped for and matched the descriptions on site. I have been loving finding more uses for the Penguin CMC gum – very helpful in my underglaze printing experiments. The package came beautifully packed and was delivered so quickly!

Customer service = five stars!
I can't go past Meet Ceramics for anything to do with ceramics. I love their clay, glazes, brushes, tools, its all the best! And the customer service is beyond next level. I purchased a wheel from them - my first and I LOVE IT! I drove from Newcastle to collect it and instead of me driving all the way to Castle Hill they met me in Hornsby! Saved me over 3 hours driving in Sydney traffic. WOW wow wow. Now I only ever use Meet.

A mixed experience
The sculpting tools are great. The company stocks tools that I have only been able to purchase when visiting China. However, I was disappointed with the banding wheels I purchased. While they work well, one arrived with edge all damaged and both had marks on wheel heads. These were all just painted over. Clearly a quality control issue.

Prompt and Perfect
The goods arrived promptly and in excellent condition. There was even a little gift included. The plaster moulds were better than expected and I love the tools I purchased. These guys offer more than my local supplier. I will definitely be dealing with them again.
