Meels provides pre-prepared meals for families facing adversity, helping ensure they stay well-nourished while going through a period of healing.

The meals are healthy, nutritious and very tasty.
The addition of sauce on the side allows you to have some control if you do not like it spicy or saucy.
There is a great variety of choices and the calorie and protein / carb count is excellent to have right on the order screen.

They have always come at the earlier end of the delivery time and well packaged and still very cold.
The packages are recyclable and if you do not want to heat in the package it is easy to slide the food out and place in a different serving plate/container.

This company has an excellent product and everything is well thought out from start to finish.

Have used Meels for a few months very convenient meals that hit all my macros I am tracking

Good quality and flavorful. The only thing I would change is being able to substitute the sides for another item

I'm on month 2 now having ordered 3 times. Am loving the meals, the portions, the healthy swap options. Ove tried a lot of meal services but this one is the healthiest, easiest to navigate and the prices are very decent and at par to grocery shopping.

Food was healthy well portioned delicious! It takes the drama out of food!

Best meal service out there. Fresh. Organic. Grass fed. Nutritional facts included. The only thing I’d change is where they put the label. When it was on the side it was easier to read the labels when stacked in the fridge. Besides that, I have no complaints.

i have recently joined MEEL just as a one time deal, i am now on my third box. I like that you get to pick your own meals and they also have different options to pick from, meaning if you dont like one thing you can still order the meal with another option. I am on a diet and i am happy to know that they list all the ingredients, to me that means a lot, and the meals are tasty

Great service and decent prices!

We ordered Meels several times. The food was delivered to a location 25 kms from us each time and therefore inedible when we had to pick it up the next day after no notification that this would be the case.

I reached out to the company and heard back from one of the owners. He apologized, promised that he had spoken to the delivery company and gave us a credit for one of the ruined deliveries.

I went in to order and my account has been completely deleted. No credit, no sign I ever had an account with Meels.

Great portions with a lot of choice - especially for vegans. I like that you can return your packaging the next time there's a delivery for a refund to your account.

We ordered 6 meals in a variety for my daughter and myself. They were all disappointing. Each was either bland or tasted unpleasant. The vegetables were good, but otherwise each meal was thrown away. Very unfortunate. We will not order again and cancelled our membership.

UPDATED: Thank you for responding, Meels, however we have resolved the issue. We discontinued our membership. It may be due to personal taste, but we found every meal we had tried to be either very unpleasant or tasteless/bland. Others may prefer this food, but it did not appeal to us.

I never thought I'd find a meal delivery service that could serve my needs. But I did with Meels. The menus are varied and interesting, they keep you coming back. It's great for people with special needs but tasty for those without. The delivery is spot on. The meals are completely prepared. Not frozen, you can have a delicious meal ready in 2 minutes. They have options for breakfast too as well as yummy desserts. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this meal service for busy people or for anyone who doesn’t have time to deal with the stress of having to go grocery shopping and pick out healthy choices. As a single woman who lives on her own and who is in school full time and works full time as well, meels provides me with a wonderful way to get nutritious meals in with ease. Their food is tasty, I love their system where you don’t need to order in advance all of at time, and there are also plenty of options.

This was the better prepared meal service for the GTA and Toronto area. I found the meals to be a hit/miss - either it's really good or really bad!
