Very happy
Great experience and very helpful visit from one of the installation team. Far better than a sales visit from one of the other firm.

Repair to a broken window under warranty
Our windows and front door were replaced in January 2022 and we have been extremely pleased with them. Unfortunately I had an accident with my kitchen window causing the internal pane to crack. I e mailed Kathryn to get a price to replace the unit and I had an immediate response saying she would look into it and get back to me. The next day they said that they would replace the unit free of charge which is wonderful as I broke it. They would have replaced it within the week if I had been available. They have now been out and replaced the unit leaving it clean and tidy. Thank you, exceptional service and very pleasant staff. Would highly recommend.
