Charuta Bankar at medtigo may have provided me with the best customer service experience I have received in my 58 years. She was truly exceptional in terms of her technical knowledge, her near immediate replies to my questions and to guiding me through the process. She just took the ball and ran with it which eliminated me from having to do any work or spend any time on the process other than the fingerprinting required for all licensees. I don't use hyperbole often but in this case it is appropriate. She was truly exceptional. I cannot thank or recommend her highly enough. Any customer and/or employer is so fortunate to have her.

Medtigo has been absolutely amazing! Suwanshni has such an amazing job with getting all of my licenses.
