I previously ordered products from this company and my experience was 5 star. This last time however, has been a 0 star experience. I paid for expedited shipping, yet 16 days later I continue to get a BS answer from customer service. I've received nothing, the tracking info they provided isn't valid, and now they are requiring prescriptions for their products. Hell, I can get these products cheap in the US with my insurance. I just don't want to jump through all the hoops insurance requires. It's sad because I would have been a customer for life, but now, I'll be exceptionally lucky if I receive anything that I paid for.

Critical misrepresentation
I had an interesting experience with this company. Tried to order some meds. Got to the payment section and found that their IBAN was invalid. I figured if their bank account number is invalid (photo-copied of what they sent me), how reliable is anything else they offer? So I cancelled my order.
MedsBase claims that I copied their IBAN number incorrectly, when in fact I submitted a photocopy of the form they sent me. It was on that form that they misstated their own IBAN number.
As illustrated by their repeated responses and as noted by other reviewers, the MedsBase folks blame their customers for their own issues.

The issue was an incorrect character in the IBAN you entered. The correct IBAN contains the letter C in the relevant position. In the payment information you submitted, that character was entered as 0/O, which makes the IBAN invalid.
You subsequently sent us a screenshot of the payment form you used, and it shows the details you entered. We are making that screenshot publicly available so customers can see the issue for themselves:

For clarity, we never instructed you to replace the letter C with 0 or O. The IBAN supplied by us is LV32CBBR112C873100010.
We therefore find it misleading to describe our bank account as having an invalid IBAN when the payment was rejected because the IBAN entered for the transfer did not match the correct IBAN we provided.
We respect your decision to cancel the order, but we believe it is important to correct the record and distinguish between an error in our payment details and an error made when entering those details. In this case, the latter occurred.
We recommend that customers always copy and paste the complete IBAN exactly as provided rather than manually retyping it.
Stop embarrassing yourself with false claims. Thank you.
You are making a fool of yourself by claiming that our IBAN is incorrect, when it is clearly visible from the screenshot that YOU have sent to us that YOU misspelled the IBAN in the form on your own bank's website, where you replaced the letter C with 0. We have never sent you any bank form but only bank details listed above with correct IBAN:

So you are deliberately deceiving and lying. If your claims were actually true, you would at least provide a screenshot as evidence, just as we have done in your case.

Avoid Medsbase – they sell products they apparently cannot ship
My advice: do not order from Medsbase.
I placed and paid for an order based on the information on their website. Afterwards, I was told that the products were not available from their European warehouse and that I should choose alternative medicines from their limited EU stock.
A refund then also became problematic. MedsBase told me that the bank account I had transferred my payment to was no longer under their control, and initially advised me to ask my own bank to reverse the transaction. My bank could not do this.
I was willing to accept the customs risk of having my original order shipped from India. MedsBase then suggested using a UK parcel-forwarding service, which would require me to register and pay additional fees myself just to receive an order I had already paid for.
Meanwhile, the products concerned can apparently still be ordered and paid for on their website.
Customers should know before paying whether a product can actually be supplied, what documentation is required, and what shipping method will be used. They should not have to solve payment and shipping problems afterwards.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend MedsBase and would strongly advise ordering elsewhere.

Medsbase is a scam. They use fake reviews with comments that don't always match the products, and weird usernames. I even found a photo of a so-called customer that comes from Google Images. The ratings are too good, and a comment in my language makes no sense. The payment methods aren't there to help customers, but to protect themselves against chargebacks. This site takes advantage of customers who are desperately looking for an alternative.

All reviews shown on our website are submitted by real customers. Some customers also choose to include photos with their reviews, which helps demonstrate that the feedback is genuine. Because our customers come from different countries and language backgrounds, some usernames, wording, or translations may look unusual, but that does not mean the reviews are fake.
If you believe a specific review, image, or comment is incorrect, you are welcome to send us the exact example so we can investigate it properly. Making broad accusations without sharing verifiable details is not fair to our business or to the real customers who have taken the time to leave feedback.
Regarding payments, our payment options are not designed to disadvantage customers. Like many businesses in sensitive healthcare-related categories, conventional credit-card processors can be disrupted by third-party reporting, compliance reviews, and excessive chargeback abuse. Substituted a known inferior product, refused to send the product ordered. No matter what the customer says they spin the facts and try to deflect blame
They offered Puretrig and Eutrig HCG for sale. I didn't order "generic HCG," I ordered the brand Eutrig HCG based on my previous experience with both products and independent lab testing that shows Puretrig to be underdosed by ~ 85%. I had the option of purchasing Puretrig but did not want Puretrig. They shipped Puretrig and refused to send the correct product after I explained that I have used both in the past, Puretrig has been independent laboratory tested and found to be severely underdosed, and my experience (and bloodwork) shows that Eutrig works better for me.
Offered me a discount to rebuy the correct product (promising to only ship Eutrig...) after repeatedly questioning why I wanted the Eutrig and refusing to accept my explanation by saying they are both just "generic HCG" and Puretrig is a "superior product."
So, I'd have to pay for the Eutrig product twice to get what I originally ordered and do not know for sure that I would really get the product I paid for as they originally blamed "their shipper" for sending the wrong product in the first place, later on they said they sent the Puretrig "to make sure I got it as fast as possible" . Obviously, they do not value their customers or work to make them satisfied with their shopping experience.
ETA: A simple email stating "we don't have that product, would you like this product instead to save time" would have avoided this whole thing and taken less than five minutes on your part.
There was only one option given: "buy the product again at a discount and we'll promise to ship it this time." I am not sure how anyone would consider giving me the only option of "buying the brand name you prefer and originally paid for at a discount" as not requiring me to buy the product again to get what I ordered? Especially, since I immediately informed them I would not be using the Puretrig based on what I outlined above.
People in the medical community understand that individual response to medications matters. Formulations of generics very, and as mentioned Puretrig is known to be underdosed as shown by INDEPENDENT testing, not the testing of the company selling the product...
In the end, I never received a product that I could use and be able to receive the intended benefit. If I want the name brand product I paid for, I have to pay again. Very sketchy, buyer beware.
As you can see, they are now trying to shift blame to me just as they did in our communications.
They originally claimed the shipper substituted, then they claimed they intentionally substituted. So, which was it? There has been no criticism of delay on my part as I preferred the product I ordered and was willing to wait.
Strange thing is: I bought Eutrig from another supplier at the same time in case Medsbase could not deliver as promised and received that delivery one day after the Medsbase delivery. Luckily there are other suppliers that deliver what they promise.
For clarity: Medsbase has outlined here that they reserve the right to substitute without your consent and the only recourse given will be for you to pay again to get the brand you ordered. As a consumer you should be aware they stand firmly behind their decisions to exclude you from the process once you spend your money.
Points
1: I didn't receive what I ordered. I received the inferior product you sent.
2: I didn't claim any of those things. Your customer service rep did.
3: I didn't insist on a free second delivery. I insisted you send what I purchased. I still have the unused Puretrig...
4: Research it. The lab testing reports are readily available.
5. I ordered both within 1 day of each other, months before receiving the wrong product from you. As you mentioned shipping delays caused delivery delays. I had no way of knowing at the time you would send the wrong product. I was hedging my bets do to known potential shipping delays and uncertainty of being a new customer with Medsbase.
6. You never included me in the decision-making process to ship a different brand and gave me no options other than to pay again after I brought the problem to your attention. All of your communication was after the fact and only offered the option of a discount.
7. No mention is made at checkout that the customer has to make extra effort to prevent substitutions. I had no way of knowing in advance or I would have specified or chose not to order from Medsbase. My order is incomplete as I do not have a usable product. I only requested you send what I paid for.
8. Continuing to try to spin the facts shows that you do not value your customers.
9. No details have changed; clarifications have been made as you have tried to manipulate the story to save face. You've even went so far as to delete the long Telegram exchange I had with your representative trying to come to a resolution.

1. Your order was fulfilled in full and on time.
You ordered HCG and HCG was delivered. A substitution was made due to very limited Eutrig stock at the time of shipping—something that can occur in pharmacy logistics when two clinically interchangeable products are available. This avoids delays, which most customers prefer.
2. You received a complete, usable product.
Puretrig is widely used, effective, and batch-tested. Your claim of it being “85% underdosed” has never been supported with any verifiable data. You are describing a personal preference, not a failure to deliver.
3. You requested a second brand product at no cost after already receiving your order.
You still have the Puretrig unused, which confirms the order was fulfilled. Asking us to send Eutrig for free is, in practical terms, a request for a second product.
4. Your timeline contradicts your claims of patience.
You now state you ordered Eutrig from another supplier the same day you ordered from us. This shows you were hedging your order from the start—not waiting for ours to arrive or allowing time for any issue to be addressed.
5. We did not “exclude you from the process.”
The substitution was made to ensure you received HCG without delay. Once you informed us you preferred a specific brand, we offered a discounted replacement—a courtesy, not an obligation. No supplier can send two brand products for the price of one simply because a substitution was not preferred.
6. “No substitutions” is always available upon request.
Customers regularly request brand-specific fulfillment before shipping. You did not indicate this requirement at any point before delivery.

MedsBase has been a game-changer…
MedsBase has been a game-changer for me. I’ve been managing a chronic health issue for years and finally found relief with a functional medicine doctor, but the medications he prescribed have been quite expensive and pretty unaffordable, but thanks to MedsBase I've been able to get them and try them and it's been a huge relief. Aside from that, their customer service on Telegram has been exceptional—always friendly and truly dedicated to helping out, many times, going above and beyond what could ever be expected from them. Very highly recommend them! (Note: the only heads up I would give is that sometimes chat response time can be a bit slow so one has to be patient but they always come through, and also shipping times across the world can also take weeks, but with a bit of planning still well worth it!)

MedsBase delivered my orders so 100% success rate so far. I was skepical at first so tested them out with a small order of just 30 tablets. I can’t remember exactly but it was delivered in good time. On that basis, I increased the order to 800 tablets. MedsBase split the order into two shipments. The first arrived after six day and the second package after 10 days. I’m very satisfied and hope to use their service again in the future.
