Volcano Medic 2 from Medivape
Purchased: Volcano Medic 2. The reps knowledge around the best product to suit my individual needs and the particular features of my product was exceptional. They had professional and prompt responses and never failed to answer each question with support from their wider team. Delivery was fast and the item arrived in pristine condition. The ordering process and web interface were intuitive and simple to use. Aftercare support and follow up communication has also proved to be as efficient as pre-purchase discussions, this is a key aspect of great customer service, which Medivape has in spades. I would not hesitate to work with them again. Exceptional products. Exceptional customer support. I will be a repeat customer for Volcano Medic 2 consumables in the future. Thanks again, team.

Ordered Friday and delivered Wednesday to Christchurch
From their website layout and checkout ordering I was pretty confident in purchasing but I wanted to make sure so I called them and spot to a really helpful guy that answered all my questions re. Holding actual stoke and not drop shipping which I heard a few of the other places do which delays delivery and also when spending $500+ Makes it a bit more wary of doing.
Anyway ordered and processed on a Friday and delivered to the South Island by Wednesday morning ( thats including a public holiday on Monday.).
Lastly the packaging I was super impressed by and protected it really well which added to the peace of mind!
