Great service
I placed an order online and had an issue with the availability of the item I ordered. It was caught by the company itself. The owner called me immediately and apologized for the error. He then helped my find a comparable product and had it shipped immediately. This is the best customer service I have received in a long, long time! Thank you so much Medici for being a cut above!

Excellent customer service..
Excellent customer service... I cannot rate the team highly enough, especially Moe, for getting my order prepared and sent in record time! Highly professional and friendly team. I had a number of special requests which were all handled super efficiently and I was kept fully informed. I would Highly recommend Medici Supply and I will definitely be using them again in future.

Friendly and helpful support for our last-minute crutches purchase!
Moshe and his team were very friendly in helping us purchase a pair of crutches before closing time. We needed this asap for our teenage daughter after she broke her foot earlier in the day. Thankfully we didn't have to wait 1-2 days for Amazon as we were able to do a quick pay and pickup curbside with MSC. Highly recommend them for any medical or health items you may need in the area or even through their huge online store.
