Robert Taylor is one of the best insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. I sold Health/Life insurance in 2009-2010 so I know how difficult it can be for customers to understand all the complexities of these products. Medicare Supplements vs Advantage plans are particularly hard. Robert went through every variation with me, gave me some days to do my own research and think about my situation then called back and walked me through the Supplement application process.
I’ve also had difficulty getting information on Part D plans without being told I had to sign up with the agent on the phone for a Part B supplement first. Robert gave me the right number to call at Medicare.
If I could I would tell his boss he deserves a raise.

To get back into a Medicare supplement insurance policy from Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. He got everything through very fast before the deadline. It's always nice to find someone that is that excellent on their job.

I'm 70 and am retiring at the end of 2025. I have Medicare A & B and BCBS from my company. I'll be off my company BCBS as of 12/31.
