I was able to speak to an articulate and knowledgeable lady named Amy. She was very polite and friendly. She had a Southern accent that really calmed me down because I was so frustrated with a situation with my healthcare provider.She listened and took care of me and was very respectful.Thank you Amy for your time and service!

Ther call center has called me 13 times a day for 2 weeks after saying I don't qualify!!
Get a handle on your system this is hurrasment!!!
