Terrible Customer Service
I have had this company for over 6 years and I have never been able to use the internet site to see my account for that whole time and now I just moved to Florida and I still can't log in. I also was put on hold for 30 minutes by technical support and then I was switched to a salesperson. They didn't let me know I had their insurance for 4 weeks and I found out when they sent the OTC catalog. Go somewhere else.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly Allen. She was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. She wasn't stoic or like talking to a computer. More customer service agents should have her personality. SHE DESERVES A RAISE, PROMOTION, OR EXTRA DAYS OFF. All 3 would be ideal. Thanks, Diane M. Lange

I Will Be Staying , finally, a Company That Keeps Their Promises
This is company that is absolutely amazing and there is NO comparison to all of the other plans that I have been a part of throughout the years of my being on certain insurance that allows you to choose others . Well, I have been through atleast ten of them and , FINALLY, an insurance provider that actually does what they say. These two ladies went above and beyond, (sorry they wouldn't allow names, but you know who you are),what any insurance company, pharmacy, or even doctor's office has EVER done for me and this was just yesterday (so ,no, this review is absolutely current). Without these 2 ladies, I was being neglected, but they refused to let the doctor's office or pharmacy stop them from helping me. My advice, after all these years of broken promises by insurance companies, if you have that and are looking for more or even if you just need insurance ..... don't waste anymore time, United Healthcare is the way to go.

Good evening to everyone that work for the UnitedHealthCare Customer Center.I do hope that all of yous will have a very wonderful Wednesday and yes always enjoy life as they call it ok smile.Also I want to tell all of yous that made a call to yous about a claim that I saw on my Claims Summary list that said that I had to pay a copay for my Dr Boxer Cancer Screening check up on 02-5-20 at 10:45AM.In ending I taked to UHC Agent Mr Alex and he told me that he would check out the above and call me back with the results and I said thanks and and disconnected my call ok smile.Last of all I must say the UHC Agent Mr Alex was so very Professional Helpful and yes yes very Caring to me and that was very good ok smile.Finally before ending I also will say that Mr Alex is such a very Role Model for all young and old agents in the Health Care Insurance Business ok smile.Now last of all MrAlex is always such a very Positive Representative for the very very wonderful UnitedHealthCare Company that he work for take care ok smile.
