From start finish with the doctors review after sending my care summary was amazing. I've lived with chronic pain for years since damaging the lower part of my spine in a work related lifting injury.. I've tried so many different prescription drugs over the years and have found they only help for a short time, I got to the point where I was just sick and tired of swapping to different meds. I watch a u tube channel Smokie Mcgreen who talks about the different aspects of medical cannabis. The thing that put off was I couldn't afford the subscription fees and doctors fees along with purchasing medical cannabis, then on one of his casts he mentioned Medicann UK and that there was no subscription fees ect. I was totally blown away and instantly checked them out. I can honestly say it's been a game changer and now with the help of medical cannabis I've drastically reduced the prescription drugs. Medicann are awesome and I would totally recommend them. Well done all that work for them 👍👍

Hi I have been ordering from medicann for the last year and at the start I ordered some medication and it was good, when I reordered the same medicine a totally different medication came I wasn't Happy I wanted to return it, but that is not allowed it cost £85 and I was told they cant take it back and I wasn't to pleased, but I stuck with them and just recently I ordered from them 3 different medicines of flowers and I liked them and decided to order 1 of them again but what came was the same packaging but with different flower inside a completely different flavour taste and smell I complained and was told the flower was a different batch but couldn't have been because the 2 packages had the same date batch number and everything I was told it comes packaged like that from the growers in canada but I dont believe that the packaging has got uk addresses on them it dont make sense this is a fraudulent company I definitely won't be using them again I will be complaining to trading standards.... I made another review thate medicann blamed on teething problems.
I don't think its acceptable still however. It never was dispensed it never left the pharmacy then you said order completed at 4.10 am you investigated and this is the answer I got. I could reorder but not on the app through email as you have already said a prescription was active on the app. I tried to reorder then they cut all communication with me. No follow up email on wether I'd actually get my prescription or not. So I had to go through my bank to receive a refund which I got 2 days later. A hell of a lot of stress involved for a first order. Why would I continue knowing this is the service I receive? I've now been discharged from the clinic. Won't be returning..

Medicann UK from registration to application approval was excellent. Especially with ORB being available to link NHS accounts with their platform.

My application did have a quick turnaround, including to issuing prescriptions. The choice is vast, and do recommend sensibly reviewing all the stock for your needs.

Lastly, no appointment or join up fee's makes this clinic one of the best in the UK currently in terms of not forcing a pricing model on patients which makes this clinic more affordable to lower waged people.

I like the ease of ordering on medicann but I dont like the lack of support when we need to email them for help and just get fobbed off with generic email replies. This is more infuriating when they send out newsletter emails telling us patients matter but their actions seems like we dont really matter.

There stock levels and firmulary have been bad since christmas. I thought with them changing to dsp phamracy it might get better bit seems to have got worse. When effective medicines come in they sell out really quick and dont get restocked. When bad bits come in they seem to sell slowly bit get restocked immediately and linger on the menu for ages

i have been on a bit of a cannabis clinical journey, but finally found that perfect balance between low cost products and great service with medicann. First, the essentials, yo just pay for your medicine & postage (sent royal mail special delivery, order b 2pm, will come the next day before 1pm ) which is as expected and totally reasonable, as for clinic fees, there aren't any, so no nasty monthly and annual fees, no appointment fees or any of that nonsense, and finally, the choice, great range of products, good spread of price options and finally, a great back end team, who respond quickly to questions, and have made me feel like they care.
i found transferring form another clinic very easy, and everyone i've sent there way since seem very happy

I am having good journey with my experience.
I fill better,it is helping me alot with my pains and aches ,good appetite and really good long sleep ,for my age ,all these things are important and helpfull.

Doctors and staff are very helpful. I was on heavy medication like tramadol and oromorph, which was affecting my head and a change of character. The Medicann medication is far nicer and helps me to get a better night's sleep, more confident.

Top service. Large choice of medicine. Good quality flower. Very happy.

Very low stock past couple of weeks/months. Seems they can't meet the demand on the low end price scale. Paying £60+ for 10g is always a big no as we can barely afford food let alone fancy medicine.

Great online service, but I can’t buy the same as I had on my last script. Crazy really. Idk when they re stock or just once it’s gone , it’s gone. Very confusing for a beginner in mc.
Hopefully they will re stock at some point. But I’m now moved to a different provider.
Disappointed as I thought I’d found d my balance ( oil only)

I only have experience of Medicann, having not tried anywhere else, yet i can confidentally say once you've tried them, you won't bother with anywhere else.

Incredible all around. Especially love ordering at 230pm and my vapes arriving at 9am the next day.

First phone call appointment, disaster and unprofessional. The call began with **** HCP nearly getting her own name wrong when introducing herself and having to correct herself (instant red flag in my opinion). She began reading out the usual stuff that clinics have to do, she then started asking questions. This is where it went even more wrong simply because she chose to not read my medical records correctly. She asked about the time back in may that I felt s**cidal/wanting to h*rt myself. I was confused as I didn't remember any of that so obviously paused for a moment and asked what she meant. She didn't clarify, but instead asked if it was perhaps a one off at that time and was just feeling low during that appointment with gp. I was still extremely confused and simply said "ok yeah may be but I don't remember that", I was struggling to answer because at that time I was trying to load my scr file to see what on earth she was talking about. She then read off the other scripted legal stuff and ended the call, all in all the call lasted no more than 5 or 6 minutes, from nearly getting her own name wrong to confusing the life out of me. I still hadn't even had time to get to the part of my scr that she was talking about, and I got an email saying discharged and could no longer login to the app. I finally found the section of my medical records she had been talking about from in may...... She either has trouble reading, or was skim-reading and left out the sentence both before and after what she was referring to. The exact sentences make clarity and context all so much better. The gp was prescribing me something to help me sleep at the time, that can make mentally ill patients feel worse, and he states "Patient ***DENIES*** any thoughts of s*icide and wanting to harm himself".
So simply because someone didn't bother to read my details properly, I am treated in that way.
