easy to use and very informative

Its good but ive been stuck on 1,300 points for over 10 weeks doing way over 20 surveys and all ive needed for those 10 plus weeks is 50 points more to beable to win anything ever since the update its not been the same

I’ve been using the Mobile App for a full year, and after twelve months of faithfully running it on my phone, I feel compelled to report the obvious: the entire experience has been spectacularly one-sided.

Every day the app quietly harvests data from my device—audio signals, usage insights, and whatever else it collects—while draining extra battery and slowing my phone in the process. In return, I’ve accumulated plenty of “points.” The only problem? Those points appear to have the practical value of confetti. They never convert into a gift card, cash, or anything remotely tangible.

Instead, the points seem to funnel users into endless weekly and monthly prize draws. After a year of participation and not winning a single thing, the reality is clear: the odds of actually receiving a reward feel roughly on par with being struck by lightning—twice.

To make matters worse, I’ve also completed daily surveys through the app, which naturally consume time. Yet those don’t pay anything either. So let me summarize the arrangement: you receive a constant stream of personal device data and engagement, while the user receives… nothing. Not even the smallest token reward.

I’ve been a member of more than ten survey and incentive platforms, and I can honestly say that Media Rewards is the worst of the lot. A full year of data collection, surveys, battery drain, and device impact—without a single penny, voucher, or meaningful benefit—makes the whole setup feel less like a rewards program and more like a punchline.

Frankly, I regret ever installing the app. Between the time spent registering, running the software, and providing data for a year, the return has been exactly zero.

If this is what passes for a “rewards” program, the name might be the most misleading part of the entire operation.

Their survey used to be really well paid. Every few months id get a survey which earned £5. Most other survey earn 20p to £1
But now its changed
I cant remember when i last earned enough money for vouchers as its so hard to earn money and survey pay points that aren't money now. Its too confusing and hard to earn.

I have been using this app for more than 2 years and during this entire period, I have won a reward only once through a draw.
The system is clearly luck-based, and for long-term users, the chances of winning are extremely low.
While points can be earned regularly, actual rewards depend mostly on rare draws, which makes the app not worth the time investment.
Based on my long-term experience, I do not recommend this app to users who expect consistent or fair rewards.

They stop giving you vouchers its been months now

Even after my friend joined the Media Rewards through the link I provided still these people have not provided the referral rewards and saying they may have not signed in via your link.
When my friend doesn't know about media rewards and sign up has happened only after my referral link was sent how they will sign up?
Also I should be able to see the refereed friend in my app but that's also not coming which means it's a technical glitch.

Iam using for 2 year but 3 times giving gift cards but update app back not ginving gift card's

You literally don't have to do anything with this app - just leave it running in the background.

When it changed I was a bit annoyed as I wasn't getting any surveys and never won the weekly or monthly prize draw. But guess what?? I won the monthly prize draw today and just in time for Christmas! Wooohoo I'm so happy As I never win anything!

Just exchanged some of the prize for 2 supermarket gift cards of £50 each and still have loads of points remaining.

Excellent and interesting site that requires little or no effort on your behalf, while still rewarding you. Very quick to pay out too while being helpful and polite. 5 stars all the way.

This company started off well and the rewards were good. After the original period though surveys disappeared and it becomes very gimmicky. If you are considering this, certainly do it for a while, then delete it as it mines your information with little or no reward back.There are much better options out there.

I would also like to note a habit companies have of immediately asking for ratings on setting up a service. This is ridiculous and companies such as Trustpilot should moderate this as it gives a false impression of overall service.
