A local Australian based company, giving me, the best in Audio technology. Mentally Interrupted Media uses this product for its Shoutcast servers. It is easy to use, and straight forward FTP. Even the AutoSSL is instant!
I Don't just Recommend them to all Media companies using this for MEDIA, but also AUSTRALIAN BASED ORGANISATIONS, who would love to experience quality at a good price!

Hello. Greetings to all. MediaCP (Panel) is undoubtedly an excellent service and panel. However, the support isn't the best. They offer premium paid support that ensures quick responses, and if you don't pay for it, the support is definitely poor. Regarding the panel, as a customer, I've already requested it three times. It always has errors. The calendar system, today, September 26, 2025, doesn't work. I've scheduled events with a list that should run, and it only runs one or two files and returns to the daily schedule. It's not reliable. Without a doubt, the panel offered by MediaCP is better than Centovacast or SonicPanel, which are a thing of the past. The only panel that truly competes is everestcast.com; the problem with them is their terrible servers. I hope you can fix these issues and improve my rating. Regards.

I want to add to my comment that they have indeed responded in a timely manner. I have no doubt that the panel is excellent, better than all the others mentioned, but I still think they could improve the free support; after all, it's a product or service for which you already pay monthly. Regarding the issue, there was indeed a problem that only they can improve. I made completely valid suggestions to avoid the problem, and they recommended that I include them in the "suggestions" section of the system. However, I believe that if we find a real problem, it should be taken into immediate or short-term consideration, not to sleep on suggestions that have been frozen for years, waiting to "maybe" be included someday. That's it. Regards.

I started streaming on YouTube and slowing grew into the other streaming companies. When I think of the money, time and energy that I could've saved, had I known about MediaCP earlier on, plus everything that I could've learned by now - I'd be a media mogul, for sure!
For what I was spending to be broadcasting on ONE radio station in the past, I'm now broadcasting to SIX stations, with the capabilities of 19 more for this current package. Even by NOT utilizing the other stations, I'm still broadcasting with more stations than I was with their competitors and for less money. This has inspired me to further monetize my own company by having Mastiff Media become a proud partner with Media CP as one of their resellers. Now, I'm in discussions with car wash chains, restaurants and retail stores! And all for a quality mark up, but still undercutting my former streaming services!
Their customer service, especially for a newbie like me, is quick and efficient. Plus, they understand my lacking tech skills and adapt accordingly!
I really see a strong future with Media CP!

I’ve been a loyal user of this service for many years, and it continues to outperform expectations. Setup is seamless, while day-to-day management is intuitive, saving me countless hours.
The wide range of streaming link options provides outstanding flexibility for beginners, and the analytics deliver deep insights into audience engagement. Most impressive of all, the support team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with.
MediaCP has always been a great service for your video needs, from VOD's to live streaming, with the additional option for TV Channels, so we can add videos to the platform to create a false live 24/7.
They are constantly updating & bringing in new features to benefit everyone, always listening to customer feedback & taking all feedback seriously.
I have recently started on MediaCP's cloud plan, the plan is feature rich with the option of API access to my own system so I can quickly access resources etc.
I've been a customer of MediaCP on and off for years, depending on my financial circumstances, but every time I have come back, they have welcomed me with open arms - now I'm in the process of starting up my business again & the staff are more than willing to help in anyway possible (within reason obviously).

Whilst we couldn't find a solution that worked smoothly for us, I have little doubt that Matt and the team will continue to try and break the boundaries to bring a solution in the future and when that happens I will put my station with them without doubt.

I have used Media CP over the years for Wowza streaming services and always found it easy to use and reliable.
With our streaming business we used a different control panel for audio streaming as it was more seen to be an industry standard, however in recent years the updates and support was not what it once was so my first place to look was Media CP.
Before we moved over, I had extensive chats with Matthew, who gave great in depth replies and put my mind at ease. Along with a great team who are quick to reply on support tickets.
The control panel is stable with great features and stats. The support is exceptional with the team going the extra mile to grow a relationship with their customers.
Development is ongoing with new features and not just left to be stale.
I look forward to working with Matthew and the team for years to come.

Very well-designed system. Very stable operation. As is the case with any interface, you have to get used to it and learn it. Here, powerful support comes to the rescue, and Matthew Lear is irreplaceable in this. He even managed to call me in Poland to explain. No one else has such support, only MediaCP. It is appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend MediaCP. It is really worth it.
Estoy muy satisfecho con el panel y con su funcionamiento. La instalación es gratuita pero tomé la decisión de hacerlo y cuando llegué a mis límites de conocimiento y pedir ayuda la respuesta fue muy buena. Recomiendo mediacp por lo eficiente de su software y su gran ayuda con mis dudas.
