We are keen to ensure that our pricing is transparent and reflective of our service, this is why we advertise our full price inclusive of VAT on our site. Although this positions us at the pricier end of the market initially, we can guarantee there are no hidden fees throughout our service which we deem extremely important.
This, coupled with our impressive report turn around times and secure processing software, we feel reflects our price point.

Why are there positive reviews here.???????
I cant quite understand why there are such positive reviews on here for this company.I have been trying for 2 days to complete the online application for a medical report so that I can complete my shotgun renewal application. My Dr surgery advised me that I had to use this company. I have made multiple attempts over two days, using two different browsers and three different payment methods. However despite all these attempts I cannot get past the payment page of the online application. I have phone the admin contact number twice and I was advised that the only method of getting assistance was to email admin. This has been very unhelpful. I emailed admin twice but have had no response. This is very frustrating, considering there is a deadline that I have to meet for my renewal application. This is why i am suspicious of the positive reviews. i have no idea how to proceed from here.
