The visit was organized at the highest level. All procedures were completed as planned, and I received the doctor's report. I am satisfied with the results.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled in this case. A few months back my father was diagnosed with a glioblastoma and, after searching for cutting-edge treatments, found the option in Germany for a dendritic cell therapy vaccine.

We decided to use Booking Health and we couldn't be happier with that decision. From the very first conversation with Tanja Wilke (who was so thoughtful and considerate) the process went smoothly. The team at Booking Health coordinated everything for us, arranging treatment with Dr. Gansauge at LDG Laboratories in Berg, along with transportation to and from the visits.

We absolutely loved the doctors and staff at LDG Laboratories. Incredibly professional and kind -- if anyone else is experiencing something similar, please don't hesitate to visit them. It's really remarkable what they have developed and the process is seamless.

I had worried a little because we do not speak German, but an additional thing that Booking Health provided was an interpreter and supporter. In our case, it was the lovely Claudia who met us at every appointment and helped us interact with the doctors, as well as kept us informed throughout the process. Claudia was delightful and her positivity was a ray of sunshine in an otherwise difficult time.

I am so grateful for the team at Booking Health and the professionals at LDG Laboratories. I highly recommend this for anyone else in need of medical assistance as we were.

From start to finish the whole experience was effortless. Monica was very experienced and spoke very good English. She was extremely helpful and responsive, keeping me updated very quickly, arranging transport too which was fantastic.

I asked Booking Health to help find a physician/hospital for Lu-177 treatment. Their website implied they could make treatment arrangements for me at lower cost than I could do myself.

We arranged for 6 cycles of treatment. They told me the cost was 22,000 Euros per cycle; subsequent treatments were dropped to 20,000 Euros. I paid them in advance for each treatment. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill from the hospital for 9,439 Euros prior to my third stay. I don’t know if Booking Health forgot to pay the hospital or the hospital accidentally sent me the bill. When I asked for and received the actual invoices from the hospital, I was shocked to learn Booking Health had been more than DOUBLING the fee they charged me. When I asked Booking Health for an explanation, I was told my inquiry would be sent to the legal department. Subsequent inquiries have gone unanswered.

In my case, this was over $35,000 wasted on an organization that ‘looked good’ but left me feeling cheated and scammed.

I heard of MedExpert Consulting through a relative who traveled to Germany for important brain surgery.
I was diagnosed with stage four melanoma in March of 2026 and was told by my consultant in Ireland that my disease was most likely not going to be successfully managed in Ireland.
Within a few days of receiving this news I made contact with MedExpert who led me through in great detail two very good treatment options that would be available to me in Germany.
My journey started in LDG laboratory in Berg on 7th April when I received a Dendritic Cell Vaccine.
From my first phone call to my vaccine date the whole process has been very simple and smooth. Considering the situation it has been stress free. The people who I have met from MedExpert throughout the process have been amazing with regard to help and compassion and empathy as well as much positivity.
My Interpreter, Claudia, has been an amazing support to me during the process, she was like my mother from home!
Dr. Gansauge and his medical staff at the LDG Clinic in Berg were so professional and supportive.
The transfers to and from airport, clinic and accommodation was first class with all trips going very smoothly and stress free.
I would recommend this treatment plan for people. The entire experience has been very positive and stress free.

I made arrangements with BookingHealth which appears to be somehow affiliated with MedExpert Consulting to help me find a physician & clinic in Europe for a procedure that is not available in USA. After the 3rd procedure, I saw the actual invoice from the hospital. The hospital had charged 8,000 euro, but BookingHealth had been charging me 20,000 euro, over double what the actual fees were. I asked them to explain and they told me my inquiry has been turned over to their legal department and I haven’t heard from them since.

The experience has left me feeling cheated and abused. And $35,000 poorer.

I received the dendritic cell vaccine from Dr. Gansauge in Berg, Germany, and had an excellent overall experience. I used BookingHealth to facilitate my visit, and everything was handled seamlessly from start to finish.
Denis, my coordinator, was incredibly professional and thorough at every step. He ensured that all appointments, transportation, and logistics were carefully arranged, which made the entire process stress-free. A translator was also provided, and Claudia, who assisted me throughout, was truly exceptional. She met me at every appointment and was the most caring and supportive presence- honestly the best “hand holder” I could have asked for.
The transportation team was equally impressive. The drivers were always punctual, professional, and provided a high level of comfort with luxury vehicles.
At the clinic, everything ran smoothly. The staff was kind, supportive, and made me feel at ease during my treatment.
Overall, my experience was very pleasant, am I am truly grateful for the care and treatment I received.

The company was very prompt in responding to my inquiries and finding a treatment plan for me. The company was not transparent about travel coordination costs / I was assigned a travel coordinator to arrange transport to and from the airport and the clinic - but presented with an astronomical bill for transportation services once I got bs k home. I could have arranged my own transport at a fraction of the cost.

Excellent company and wonderful specialists. I've used them twice, and each time the service was top-notch. Mark and Maria fulfilled their role as guardian angels 100%. I highly recommend Andrey Fedorov.

Claudia made our experience warm and thoughtful. The LDG Laboratories Dendritic cell immunotherapy clinic was great and we loved the staff and many snacks and coffee. I felt very attended to and cared for there. I reached out to Claudia (interpreter) for ideas during our downtime and she was so very informed about local events, construction that would affect driving conditions and event great sites to see. A+ on everything including our transportation team of Carl-hinez and Sylvie, both accommodating and very friendly. Wonderful experience ! Julia made sure that everything was coordinated as well.

The Trip was all organised with drivers to the clinic and back. This made the whole process easy and straightforward.

Claudia the translator was there to make sure we understand the german that most people spoke and also translated for us when we probably had far too much to say.

The treatment was Dentritic Immunotherapy and went forward efficiently as one might expect in Germany. Though perhaps the side effects of taking quite a bit of blood was not explained. My wife felt very tired the next day and struggled with her energy all the week when we tried to do a bit of tourism around Munich.

The snow in the countryside around Munich made for spectacular scenery and trip to a local comedy club helped keep morale up.

The Dentritic Therapy that is offered there is not recommended in the UK and is something of an act of desperation. Whether it has any effect at all is debatable, but we decided to spend the money on it as nothing else was being offered in the UK.

Oncologists on the NHS have a one size fits all approach to Pancreatic Cancer and throw chemotherapy at it when various forms of surgery might work and would be done elsewhere. However there is no sense of urgency in the NHS and waiting with this disease destroys the narrow windows offered for successful treatment. Hence no doubt the reason why most of their patients with Pancreatic Cancer are dead within three months.

So we opted for this form of Immunotherapy in the hope of slowing its progress down so we could try get a second opinion organised at a centre of expertise. This is not as easy as it should be and we are still trying to find someone who actually knows what options there are other than chemotherapy and radiotherapy... which we have already been through, with no thanks to the oncology department at our local hospital.

So, if you need treatment for pancreatic cancer there are option in Germany that these guys can arrange for you. It is not cheap but the service is good. Though as ever, make sure that you have good medical reasons for treatment as this is an arena full of charlatans and snake oil salesmen.

We worked with booking health for dendritic cell therapy. They made the process easy and seamless with Kate, Julia, and Claudia all being amazing and easy to talk with and very prompt on responses. We came from the USA for a brain cancer treatment because it’s not offered in the USA for brain cancer. The process is non invasive and easily tolerated. We are very appreciate of Booking Health helping navigate all this for us.

We have used this service twice, firstly in July 2025, and secondly in Jan/Feb 2026. The service is very reliable, professional, and accomodating.

Julia, the primary booking agent, scheduled our appointments and treatments for both visits. The setting of dates and times was very efficient and perfect for our airplane and hotel constraints. She handled the payments well. And she scheduled the drivers and interpreter very much to our liking.

Aksana, the interpreter, helped us understand the procedures in the clinic, and she helped us with our inquiries at the local pharmacy, and with simply getting familiar with the entire range of activities and the Munich environment.

Sami and Yunus were good drivers, punctual, attentive, and safe. We enjoyed talking with them.

The facilities were nice and all the staff we interacted with was helpful and organized. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the process and procedure. Dr. Gansauge was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with us, nothing felt rushed. Claudia, our interpreter, was amazing. She checked in the entire time and throughout the week. She made the process smoother and more welcoming. The rest of the team we worked with: Denis, Nassim, and Adis were all very responsive, easy to contact, and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, working with Booking Health allowed us to focus more on my father’s treatment, rather than the logistics of getting treatment abroad.

Following the successful completion of my Lutetium-177 radionuclide therapy program at the Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch, I feel obliged to give MedExpert one last hurrah!
I have no hesitation in endorsing my previous reviews.
Julia (back at base) and my on-scene co-ordinators Houda and latterly her sister Meysaa all remained unfailing in their tasks as well as projecting that so important warmth, kindness and understanding to help get me through. As indeed did the charismatic transfer drivers who proved to be great company, lifting the mood on those journeys to and from Brandenburg airport.
Compliments and eternal gratitude of course to Prof. Dresel and his nuclear medicine / oncology team for securing a positive outcome. I owe it to MedExpert for facilitating the priviledge of benefiting from such expertise. Hopefully, I will not need to turn to them again .... but am assured that they are there for me.
