would not recommend having surgery through the medical & estetik group. The nurses are untrained, poor service, the staff overall is very unprofessional not to mention Selim.

Don’t trust this company! It is a scam. They just collect your money and take zero responsibility for work done by a random doctor they find on the market.

I didnt even get past customer services on whatsapp,one of their sales staff named Selim refused to answer any questions about after care of surgery, said they are not cheap like other companies and they have too many customers, so he will only answer once I decided which surgery I wanted. I only inquired about BBL he said go to instagram and look at pictures. Then asked him about aftercare again and he send me screenshots of whatapp conversations of how satisfied their other customers are, which again is suppose to be my testimony about aftercare and none of them were BBL. He said you are confused and started throwing more insults. I wish I could put the screenshots on here. I definitely will not be having my surgery with them lol.

Hey guys, I just want to share my experience with breast augmentation in Istanbul. It all started with the consultant Olga 😘, who's just awesome – professional, caring, a true pro. The surgeon asked for a photo of the desired result and nailed it exactly as in the picture! The result exceeded my expectations! Although I was worried about not wearing a chest corset immediately after the operation (my friends woke up wearing one), the surgeon reassured me, I trusted him, and turned out I was right 🙂

And the staff, let me tell you! Such friendly nurses (especially Ayşe ❤️❤️❤️) and a translator, I felt right at home. They're just rock stars!

And don't even get me started on the service. From scheduling to post-op care – everything was top-notch. To anyone thinking about a similar procedure, I'd definitely recommend Medikal Estetik Group 🔥. It's not just a service; it's a whole joy of taking care of yourself!

I would not recommend having surgery through the medical & estetik group at all.

I chose to contact the medical & estetik group and got in touch with Selin because I want a mommy make-over and liposuction.
In the beginning, all communication was surprisingly good, any questions were answered quite quickly.
The day of the operation came, 17 October 2023.
The doctor came in, along with 6 other people, and we had to talk about my wishes, it all went very quickly and you could tell that the doctor was busy. I did not get the opportunity to try implants, and we did not talk about the profile or type of implants.
This is where my worst nightmare begins…
I am taken to the operation and am not informed about anything at all, am laid ready on the bed and a man comes in who gives me some liquid in my drip and I think "am I dying now?" And then falls asleep.
I am hospitalized for 2 days. There is minimal help from the staff, very little communication and was constantly told "that it is normal". The staff are almost on their way out the door even before they enter.
I have a drain removed from the back on Thursday morning, very suddenly, because I had been told that they should change my bandage, but suddenly they tell me to breathe and they pull out the drain I had in place.
I have to agree here that it would be a good idea to get a drainage massage and my friend goes down with the staff to pay for this. We wait for 1.5 hours and no one comes to see us. I write to Selin when it is expected that I will get the massage and he will reply if I haven't had it yet. At this point it is 11.18 and a few minutes later we are told that the nurse is very busy and that the nurse will come the same evening around 5-7pm.
We are discharged and come to the hotel.
The nurse comes smelling of sweat and cigarettes. He starts the massage but has not washed his hands or is wearing gloves. During the massage, he has his fingers inside my hole from where the drain had been that I had removed the same day in the morning. I interrupt him and ask up to this, after which he says that you don't need to (??)
At some point during all of this I interrupt the nurse and tell him to stop now and not to come back. I am in Chok!
When the nurse has left, I immediately write to Selin that I do not want this nurse to come back again.
Friday morning there is a knock on our door, and there is the nurse from the day before, now wanting to change the dressing.
I don't think he has been instructed in sterile techniques and wound care, because when he has to change the dressing on me, he puts the sterile swabs on the floor (!!) before he wants to put them on my newly operated wounds! I stop him and inform him of this to which he replaces them and does what I ask him to do.
For 4 days drain fluid is leaking from my hole in the back, I have not been informed about this and go thinking something is wrong.
The days pass in the hotel and we are approaching Monday when I have to go into the hospital to have the last drains I have removed and the doctor to look at me.
Firstly, Selin gets the days wrong and he thinks we are going home on Monday and not Tuesday.
When we get to the hospital on Monday we are thrown around a bit, first we sit and wait 30 minutes for the doctor to come in, then we are shown to the emergency room and wait a further 15 minutes where our sweet interpreter comes and says we have to go to another room and the doctor will come and look at me there.
Again, it is very clear that the doctor is busy, it all happens very quickly, there is a lot of confusion, staff running in and out of the doors. I am told that I can take a shower on Wednesday when I get home and then I don't have to have a bandage or tape on my surgical wounds.

Finally we are home and I write a little back and forth with Selin. Here I can sense that it is a pure money machine. A long time passes between replies, I get flabby messages back that I have to reformulate because Selin has had a long day and he is tired.
I send Selin a message on Saturday 4 November and attach some pictures of how my scars look at that time and that there is beginning inflammation under one breast, 2 days later I get a reply that everything looks fine and that it gets better with time.
I contact my own doctor at home in Denmark, who is very surprised that this is the message I have received and puts me on strict antibiotic treatment immediately. I would have to go to my own doctor to get treatment for my wound because of the infections. And 4 weeks later from surgery I was rushed to operation and they removed 500ml of blood from my right breast.

4 months has now gone by since the surgery and the only thing from the surgery that has been wellsucceded is my liposuctions. They didn’t remove enough skin on my breast and tummy.

I don't feel seen or heard, either in the hospital or after I get home.
Getting swept away by "it's normal"..

My experience with Medikal & Estetik Group was amazing from start to end. He made me feel comfortable. He was friendly and listened to all my questions about tummy tuck. Hello.. I had operation in Istanbul Bbl, lipo and tummy tuck now in july.. Doktor did it perfect..I'm surprised how thin the scar is on my stomach and so happy..I am very satisfied and would recommend it to everyone.. I am especially grateful to Selim she is always available, kind and still asking how I am.. also the doctor and his team and all the staff from the hospital🤗

I’ve had a rhinoplasty done past June. Have been in communication with one of the representatives since April and all logistic went well all the way till the surgery.

Doctor was very confident since the moment ha saw me. Surgery went very well, recovery process went very well as well.

All the stuff was very friendly and very professional throughout the whole process.

The only little input I’d like to add to improve everything even more is the communication past the surgery. After surgery communication got a little bit sour, responses to my messages slowed down drastically. I’ve been asking questions regarding my follow up appointment but responses were very slow and delayed even by a day or so.

At the end of the day all got sorted out and final appointment has been successfully scheduled and performed with great success!!!!

If that could be improved then the company would be absolutely flawless.

Overall, I’m very happy and satisfied with the results and with the entire endeavor in Istanbul.

I will definitely recommend the office to my friends and/or relatives.

In January 2022, I flew to Istanbul from France to have a breast augmentation, liposuction of the back, sides and abdomen. There were a lot of experiences, I think because of this I was so harmful and capricious before, on time and immediately after the operation ... But I'm not really like that 🤣 I'm so ashamed of it now 😬😬😬 Selim (thank you SO MUCH) endured my antics, but in the end we became friends and still keep in touch)) I was not ready for the sight of my breasts immediately AFTER the operation ... But it has been 6 months already, and I am sure that my breasts are the most beautiful in the world !!! Without a doubt dr. Firat is the very best if you are considering Rhinoplasty, he knows exactly what will fit perfectly on your face and compliment your looks giving a natural, beautiful result. It's only been a week since my operation and i am amazed at how perfect it looks already, no bruising or swelling and no one would ever know i have had anything done, i had an open Rhinoplasty and the stitches are already near invisible - Amazing. My sister also had her Rhinoplasty by dr. Firat around 10 years ago, her nose still looks perfect and makes her very happy and grateful she chose such an experienced surgeon.

Ich habe VIP-Transfer, Dolmetscher und Hotel 5*, eine Tour durch Istanbul, schenkte Haarkosmetik und so weiter. M&EG arbeitete schnell, effizient und ehrlich!
