Avoid this company. The product did not work and after numerous emails and videos they agreed to send me a replacement. I have never received this.
Utter waste of money with a scam company. Do not order from them.

No matter what i do, including reading and following insrtuctions my EMS FOOT MASSARGER Will not work.
It chargers up and all the buttons function but it will not vibrate at all......waste of money
Should have bought a more reputable machine....this one is going in the dustbin!

This product is a waste of time and money. I bought this believing the 90 day guarantee but that is none existent, they simply say as the item is in use they cannot accept a return. By in use they mean unpacked presumably, because it doesn't work despite trying all of the suggested options - no vibration at all. It was sent in flimsy packaging so may be broken but how would we know that. Customer service only sends template messages then doesn't reply at all. Do not buy from here, it's terrible quality and customer service, and most likely a scam taking advantage of people with health issues.

If it was possible, I would give a minus score. The 90 day return guarantee is non existent, the item comes, if it gets delivered, in a flimsy black plastic envelope.

I invoked my 90 day guarantee, immediately upon receipt, as it is clearly not good for purpose. They asked me to explain what my problem was, so I virtually repeated my original email, which asked them to email a return label to me, to allow me to hand it to my Evri courier, and I still await a reply to that. Order from this organisation, at your peril.

Doesnt work on my swollen feet & trying to get a refund is impossible! It states if not satisfied a refund will be given. Pure lies! They have been fobbing me off for weeks now, asked for a video to make sure I was using correctly, sent that & still no refund. Instead they want to send a replacement. I dont want a replacement, as the product works & can be felt on my wifes feet, but mine are too swollen to feel anything, even on setting 19.
If you have really swollen feet dont bother with this company, as the product doesnt work on excessive swelling & trying to get a refund, as promised with their advertising is impossible!

Bought an EMS foot massenger for nearly £40. Complete waste of money. These are now available for under £10. Their website says moneyback guarantee but read the T&Cs. Good luck with that. Bunch of shysters. Please do not give them your money. Not based in UK.

Do not use this website to buy products. I recently bought the EMS Foot Massager and when I plugged in then USB cable to charge the controller the cable instantly melted and set on fire. It was very lucky I was in the room. Do not order this product it is very dangerous.

My Wife bought a Foot Massager when the package
was open it gave her a shock 11 emails to get a refund

The product is flimsy and doesn't look as if it will last or do what it says. To get your money back, you have to send them a video to show the problem but as it says the goods have to be returned unused and you would be standing on the rubber mat they send, I cannot see what they can achieve from that. I sent a video voicing my complaint with the product and they then demanded another one which I didn't send as I felt it was a delaying technique and would not have given any more information. They keep saying they need to share with their supplier and will come back to me within a couple of days. This has been going on for weeks now. Really fed up and I will never buy anything else advertised on youtube which is where I must have seen this advertised. Untrustyworthy company although at first they looked friendly and helpful

DON’T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!
This is the worst experience of customer care I have ever seen. Product I ordered when received turned out to be nothing more than rubbish, I didn’t open the packaging and requested a return for refund. 6 emails later, having been asked to send several videos showing product, packaging and IN USE to show product working, last request I refused since I have not opened packaging, I was then told to confirm I wanted to return, which I did, then a further email offering 20% off gesture as they could not accept a return!!!! Don’t go near this company they definitely should not be in business. If I ran my company like this I would have been out of business years ago. Stay clear!!!

Stay away from this site I bought a 49.95 euro NMES foot massager. They sent me out a cheap one that is 10.89 on Ebay. And the box it came in was badly damaged and the product doesn't work no vibrations from it. And they won't give me a refund even though I sent multiple pictures and emails of broken product. Stay well clear of this site it is selling cheap broken products.

Just bought a foot mat massager,totally a waste of
money,only lasts 10 mins when fully charged and dose nothing,made in china for probaly five euro,I am afraid I was scammed be warned do not buy.

I would not recommend this mat at all , from day one it's like it never ever charged, there was no stimulation at all, I have tried to reach customers service, it's like nobody cares and I am left with this broken object and I bought one for my sister as well and the same thing so that makes me £79.99 out of pocket come on guys accept the bad with the good.. l give up on trying to reach you, but my ankles are so bad I thought I would try and reach someone with a review.. Following on from my recent review about Medene, and after communicating via email I was initially offered a 20% refund on my faulty massage mat. After pointing to the consumer laws in Ireland and my entitlement to a replacement or full refund they offered a new deal of 50% refund. I came to my conclusions to accept that offer. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing from Medene. I want everyone to consider carefully their dealings with this company. I will keep you updated on any progress.

Produit livré dans un lointain point de relais, à l'inverse de toutes les autres livraisons effectuées auparavant et aucun mail d'information en amont. Je n'ai pas pu aller récupérer le colis et leur ai signalé, en revanche j'ai bien été débitée ! Aucun numéro pour les joindre et eux ne daigneront jamais répondre à vos messages. Malgré mes relances (x4), je n'ai eu aucun retour et bien sûr aucun remboursement/dédommagement.
Beaucoup de petites entreprises similaires dans le soin naturel sont bien plus sérieuses et mieux organisées !

Ce n'est pas la première que j utilise peau croco et j 'ai été très satisfaite .

J avais des boutons au visage suite à des effets secondaires d un traitement pour le racis cervicales.
Aujourd'hui après 2 jours de traitement tout semble redevenu normal
