WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER , bought flight sim screen , they arrived without instructions and when plugged in information came up in chinese which couldn't be translated because it 'froze' my computer .was told a 'techician ' would be in contact. no contact made.
asked for a refund and sent screens back , that was months ago , i just get excuses now and same question s being asked . PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
a week later , still no response .

We investigated the issue you raised immediately after seeing your review. We learned that the black version of the AYANEO Pocket ACE you purchased was out of stock due to discontinuation. Our customer service staff sent you multiple emails asking if you could exchange it for the white version (other versions were also out of stock), but you did not reply. Our staff, fearing you would be anxious, shipped you the white version directly. We subsequently negotiated a partial refund with you, allowing you to keep the device, but you did not accept this offer.
Regarding your claim that we were unwilling to arrange a return and refund, we do not agree to this. From the moment you rejected the initial offer and requested a return and refund, we provided you with a return address (and informed you that we were willing to bear the return shipping costs). Die Anleitung von einem YouTuber war super ! Karte rein , Update machen und los geht’s ! Sind genug Spiele drauf! Bei mir funktionieren einige Spiele nicht! Muss mich nochmal mit dem Hersteller in Verbindung setzen!
Aber sonst top ! Glaube sind 15000 Spiele drauf! Also genug für jeden was dabei!
Beurteilung zum Shop: Top Ware ! Funktioniert super! Der Preis geht völlig in Ordnung!
Lieferung ging auch super von statten von China bis Deutschland dauert klar ein paar Tage aber es kam sehr gut verpackt an! Danke

Quant au SAV, ils m'ont épargné une mauvaise surprise avec un produit dont le contrôle qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous pour me demander si je souhaitais maintenir ou changer, et tout ça en s'assurant que la livraison ait eu lieu avant Noël dans des délais pourtant court. Je ne peux que recommander Mechdiy tant pour la qualité du SAV et leur fiabilité.

He comprado una RG 556 hace 1 mes , no he podido disfrutar la consola ni un solo día,la tapa de la tarjeta SD no funciona o el mecanismo interno no cierra, pues bien, el proceso de trámite de garantía es una pesadilla, me ha tocado esperar por las festividades del año nuevo chino, semanas hasta recibir una contestación, luego enviar pagando de mi bolsillo, la consola hasta China, todavía sigo esperando y son poder disfrutar del producto, la comunicación es horrible, un mensaje al día, preguntas algo y hasta el día siguiente no recibes la contestación, vuelta a preguntar y vuelta a esperar, pasan los días y sigo esperando, ya no me fío de la consola y estoy preguntando si podía pagar algo más y que me mandarán el modelo siguiente, la RG 557 , dado que ya he pagado más por el envío y además la tarjeta que mandan no vale para nada porque no hay ni un solo juego en español, solicito que me manden el nuevo producto sin tarjeta y todo son pegas, es que no entiendo nada, en ningún caso recomiendo la compra en absoluto, una pesadilla la compra, nunca más

Got a used product and the hinge is also flimsy, and the screen has scratches Mechdiy denies any responsibility and rather blames it on customs. But the package was completely sealed so I'm sure customs is not the one to blame here. Pathetic experience

Five star Company for purchasing aTrimui smart pro s
I bought a Trimui smart pro s from this company, which was delivered quicker than initially quoted in a very well wrapped package. Being a new model there were a few teething problems and Mechdiy posted updates for the firmware. I had a few problems with this but the support staff patiently guided me through. With service which was far above anything I reasonably expected. A faultless company to deal with both in terms of price, speed of delivery and backup support. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mechdiy.
