I am writing this to express my deep frustration with the canned response I received and the actual quality of the product I paid for.
Pretending that this is merely a matter of "conceptual alignment" or "changing question wording" is completely disingenuous. As an official training partner, it is your direct responsibility to stay strictly aligned with current exam realities, not just copy-pasting high-level blueprint titles onto outdated, superficial multiple-choice questions.
The financial cost of your practice material is extremely high, yet the actual value delivered is shockingly poor. What you sell creates a completely false sense of preparedness. Candidates pay a premium expecting realistic, deep, hands-on scenarios—especially for log analysis and live operational contexts—only to find that your material barely scratches the surface of what Cisco actually tests.
Paying this much money for resources that fail to reflect the practical depth of the real exam is a complete waste of time and funds. There needs to be basic transparency and respect for the customers who trust your brand.
I will make sure to share my detailed, honest review of this gap across professional tech communities, Reddit, and review platforms so other candidates can make informed decisions before investing in materials that do not deliver on their promises.

After reviewing your comments, we compared the content outline of our MeasureUp Cisco 200-201 CBROPS - Understanding Cisco Cybersecurity Operations Fundamentals practice test (https://www.measureup.com/assessment-200-201-cbrops-understanding-cisco-cybersecurity-operations-fundamentals.html) with the current official Cisco exam objectives published in the 200-201-CCNACBR v1.2 (July 2025) blueprint (https://learningcontent.cisco.com/documents/marketing/exam-topics/200-201-CCNACBR-v1.2_02July2025.pdf).
The primary domains remain aligned, including Security Concepts, Security Monitoring, Host-Based Analysis, Network Intrusion Analysis, and Security Policies and Procedures.
One change in the latest Cisco blueprint is the introduction and expansion of topics such as SOAR and automation, DevSecOps, container and virtual environments, cloud security deployments, generative AI in social engineering attacks, and additional coverage of modern detection and visibility concepts. Cisco also regularly adjusts the weighting and emphasis of objectives from one version of an exam to another.
It is important to note that MeasureUp practice tests are designed to help candidates master the skills and knowledge measured by the certification objectives, rather than reproduce live exam questions. For that reason, the wording and specific scenarios may differ from those encountered on the actual exam while still covering the official exam topics.
We take feedback like yours very seriously. We continuously review and update our content to keep it aligned with the latest published exam objectives and any changes introduced by Cisco.

Great Testing experience + Great Customer Support
It was a great testing experience overall. I found the MeasureUp practice tests to be well designed, comprehensive, and closely aligned with the actual exam objectives. The content helped me feel confident and exam-ready.
I would also like to recognize the support provided by the MeasureUp team. Due to a demanding workload and project commitments, I was unable to dedicate sufficient time to preparation during my initial 60-day access period. While our Content Team works hard to keep all our practice tests up to date, there can sometimes be a period between Microsoft updating an exam and MeasureUp implementing the corresponding updates to the practice test.
For this reason, we always recommend reviewing:
- The date of the latest update to the official exam
- The date of the latest update to the MeasureUp practice test.
- The content outlines and exam objectives for both products.
This helps identify whether any significant changes have been introduced that could affect your preparation.

I was thinking to wait for few days but they quickly response overnight and I resolved the issue on next day. Love it and highly recommend to use this service. (Btw, if you can finish all the mock exam questions, read through the explanation and keep reviewing it at least once a day, continue for 7 days, you can get pass any exam)

It was my mistake, and they still helped me
I made an initial mistake when purchasing one of their products, buying a 30-day vs a 60 day. I didn't notice the difference until almost 2 weeks into the purchase, and asked if there was a way to correct the issue -- the cost with a sale going on between the 30 and 60 day was only a little more than $5. As their current purchasing process didn't allow for this, and to save me from having to re-purchase a full 30-day cost at the regular sale price (much greater than $5), they granted me the needed extension. I was relieved for sure, even though totally willing to pay the difference between the 30 and 60 day costs. Customer support also got back to me within a day of every submission I've done, including some mistakes on practice-test answers.
