I recently went to Omar to develop my engagement ring. I went around several shops, including in the local area of Canary Wharf, and found that MD Jewellers were by far the best in terms of client care, quality of service, price and ring quality.

Buying a ring is a huge investment so it was important for me to be in safe hands. I found Omar incredibly friendly, he made me feel really at ease, carefully and patiently explained everything to me about diamonds and the design process, which ultimately helped me to find the perfect ring.

He was never pushy with the sale, unlike a lot of jewellers I had come across. He showed a lot of integrity and transparency which are really good qualities. The end product was totally brilliant, and compared to other jewellers in the area MD Jewellers provided the best client after care after purchase.

I would totally go back to Omar again and can’t thank him enough for his services!

From start to finish, he went above and beyond for us. He worked closely with my fiancé to design the most beautiful diamond trilogy engagement ring and my fiancé said OMAR was an absolute dream to work with. He provided expert advice while also truly listening to what my fiancé envisioned.

When I finally saw the ring for myself and met OMAR, I realized my fiancé wasn't exaggerating OMAR is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his clients and brings incredible expertise to everything he does.
Later, my ring needed to be resized because my fingers tend to fluctuate with the weather. OMAR met with us personally and sorted everything out quickly, in just a couple of days, my ring was perfectly resized. I was running late that day, and even though it was after 5 PM on a Saturday, OMAR waited patiently for me without a single complaint.
He is such a delight to work with: humble, professional, thoughtful, and truly treats your engagement with the kind of dedication you'd expect from a lifelong friend. I found Omar while searching for jewellers in the area. (Honestly, I felt a bit intimidated by Hatton Garden, so I wanted to look for someone with local presence.)
My (now) fiancée had a very clear vision of what she wanted her engagement ring and wedding band to be like and the design wasn't something that was readily available.
Omar took great care of us, from helping us select an amazing stone through multiple refinements of the bespoke rings (calls for clarifications, multiple updates on CAD designs to get the final rings exactly right), to the final resizing. At no point of the process did I feel pressured and everything was on time.
The rings turned out exactly as she wanted them to be :)
And all of this at a competitive price!
Since then I also got a custom wedding band for myself from Omar and was once again looked after very well :)
Overall I would highly recommend Omar and MD Diamonds, I'll be back when buying my wedding band.

Fantastic service from Omar and his team! I had my wedding ring re-sized and re-plated, and an eternity ring repaired / re-modelled / resized and re-plated and both turned out absolutely beautifully. I visited the Canary Wharf premises, which were very professional and conveniently located. I would not hesitate to use Omar again should I want a ring made or need any repairs in future. Highly recommend.

I recently visited MD diamonds to enquire about getting a wedding band to fit under my existing shaped engagement ring. After a brilliant consultation I placed an order for a bespoke wedding band and also alterations for my engagement ring to make smaller and to add an amazing diamond to it. The service was great throughout. So professional and kept me up to date with progress until both were ready to collect.
