MD DIAMONDS AND JEWELLERS Anmeldelser

The whole process of buying an engagement ring here was a delight. Great personal service from Omar, who was really knowledgeable and attentive throughout! His support and customer focus really made the process enjoyable and easy.

As well as the customer service, the quality and price of the diamonds/rings is fair and I'm extremely happy with what I've purchased.
When buying from here, you're not just buying a great product, you're also getting personal customer focus and what feels like your own diamond consultant / personal shopper, who ensures you're comfortable with your choices.

Coming here for such an important and high-value purchase did not disappoint at all - highly recommend!

I had a very specific request for a gift that was highly sentimental. Omar did a fantastic job, it was exactly what I had in mind and just as I described to him. Additionally, he also managed to complete the job in a timely manner! Highly recommend!!! :)

Customer service was excellent right from the beginning. I don’t have much experience when it comes to buying rings however I was given a lot of time and effort to absorb all the relevant information I needed to know on buying the perfect ring. Throughout the process I was notified and updated on how the ring is being made. I would highly recommend MD Diamonds to anyone - the highest quality’s not only on the ring itself but the service to. Massive thanks to MD Diamonds for making my special day even more special.

Great attention to detail and really go the extra mile to create what you envision. Always keeping you in the loop. Definitely recommend. Love the jewellery we bought and couldn't be happier.

Where do begin... I could have never dreamed of a more seamless, professional and efficient service right from making my initial enquiry all the way through to the personal hand delivery of my piece. Could not recommend the services MD offer and will never be using another jeweller again!

I'd highly recommend MD Diamonds & Jewellers for the high quality, value for money and great service when buying an engagement ring. Omar was extremely helpful with quick communication and regular photo / video updates of the diamond, ring design, casting and setting processes.

The ring turned out more beautiful than expected and my fiancee loves it! Although I got the size wrong, Omar was more than happy to quickly resize the ring free of charge and with flawless finish.

I have purchased an engagement ring for my fiancee. I gotta tell you, the second my fiancee opened the box to see the ring, she was literally blown away with it's design and its sparkle. She was absolutely speechless. The craftsmanship and the work of art that was put into the ringwas really something else. From start to finish Ommar was always available to answer any questions I had and wwnt above and beyond to help me. I am very happy with the product and highly Ommar. His work is second to none and would definately be recommending him to my family and friends.

Recommended by a good friend who got married a few years ago. Very professional people and a truly lovely Engagement Ring

I recently came here to purchase a wedding band for my now wife. The experience was great and the ring was fantastic. Really knows how to give a great service and walk you through the best options for you.

Fantastic service, product and aftercare. We were provided with sketch and CAD drawings for approval prior to receiving our final product and we were thrilled with the outcome. Highly recommend MD to all those considering.

Mujtaba provided us with an excellent service. He kept us well informed on the progress of our order. Really pleased with our purchases and will definitely come back in the future. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Hi my experience to buy a diamond ring from Omar was excellent he helped me lot to choose a good one thanks for a brilliant service

Omar has been great with excellent service . Very flexible and keeps you well informed regarding status of your ring. All pieces we bought are beautiful and well made.

Omar was a pro at helping me take some family stones and set them on a new engagement ring. He helped me figure out what I wanted and showed me why different ideas could or couldn’t work. I really needed that because I had no idea since this was my first (and hopefully last) time proposing. He sent me mock-ups and showed me examples in real life and images. He let me be involved in the whole process, calling me in to witness the main stone being set. I even got to hang around and learn abut about his stones are cleaned and stuff. Then there was the best bit, the PRICE! I’m a very happy man and my fiancé is even happier. Will be going back to him for the wedding rings for sure.

Excellent service from the get go. Bought a wedding ring for my wife living in Australia under extremely time limited circumstances. Omar was extremely helpful and even delivered the ring to me on a Sunday afternoon whilst I was working in hospital. Fully recommend.

I went to MD Diamonds and Jewellers for my wedding ring. They gave me a detailed explanation on diamonds and showed me the shapes available. I had a short period of time and they managed to meet my requirements perfectly! It was an amazing experience which I'll always remember. The ring arrived in time for wedding and is better than I expected. I will definitely recommend MD Diamonds and Jewellers. They are very reliable and trustworthy

My husband purchased my engagement ring and matching Wedding Band from Omar and I honestly couldn't have been happier with the work. It is a beautiful bespoke engagement ring that is so unique that I regularly am complimented on by strangers. Not only did MD Diamonds create a beautiful ring for me but they are happy to regularly service the ring to make sure the pins are strong and even finish with a nice polish all free of charge. As a result I commissioned Omar to also create my Wedding Jewellery and again Omar didn't disappoint, he created a beautiful necklace and matching earrings that he beat the best quotes I could find on Hatton Garden. I came back to Omar again to create a bespoke Bangle and once again I was blown away by the quality. I hope my repeat business gives you confidence that MD Diamonds should be your first call for all of your jewelry needs.

I was recommended to Omar by my brother who bought his engagement ring from him and he did an amazing job for both him and me. Throughout the process he is helpful and makes sure your bespoke designs come to life. From the CAD drawings/ wax molds to the finished product I was kept informed and any changes were implemented straight away. Price point is better than high Street stores but quality of work is above. You won't be disappointed!

I bought my first ring from Omar 7 years ago and have been back to only him for myself and have recommended him highly to many family members. He can bring your bespoke ideas to life 👌🏻
He is very approachable and keeps you up to date regularly with your ring.

Ever since I was recommended to come to Omar I haven’t looked anywhere else. Reliable, trustworthy and understands exactly what I need. I’ve bought all my rings from Omar over the last 3 years and they’re just excellent. I have no hesitation recommending Omar to friends and family and for those I have done say the exact same thing.
