Very disappointing service.
Booked a boiler service and the engineer initially agreed on a date, then later said he couldn’t attend when I called to confirm. He rearranged for the following Monday and eventually came to service the boiler.

Shortly after he left, the hot water stopped working properly and was only slightly warm. I contacted him and he agreed to come back to fix the issue, gave me an appointment, then changed the date again when I called on the day of the appointment. Since then, I’ve had no response at all.

Poor communication and unreliable aftercare. I would not recommend.

Highly recommended MDC, mick and his team. Purchased our first home with 2 small children. All local plumbers seemed to try take advantage of my situation given my circumstances and it being so close to Christmas. Mick was honest and very knowledgeable and suggested a new solution which left all other plumbers in shock of why they didn’t think of it. Full removal of back boiler and old cylinder, update with combi boiler and water pressure pump (as water pressure was too low). Surveyed and installed within a week of initial contact. Shame you can’t leave 6 stars. Thank you Mick and the team.

I needed a new boiler I shopped around, I spoke to Mike from MDC who offered a complete start to finish no nonsense package with a competitive price on a top quality boiler, Mikes quality of work is second to none and completed the job in a professional and tidy manner. I would thoroughly recommend using MDC to anyone wishing to purchase a new boiler, many thanks Mike

So happy with my new boiler!! Mike and Sam came out 2 days after quoting to fit it all within a few hours and helped set up hive. Couldn’t recommend them enough - thank you!

Highly recommend MDC plumbing and gas services. I contacted Mike about a new boiler, he gave me all the information straight away what I needed and the cost. I had a few questions and straight away mike answered these and we agreed a date to install the new boiler. Mike turned up on time and did the job, even with a 4 year old watching his every move! He was really efficient, tidy and a really nice guy!

Mick and Sam arrived at 10. Talked about what they were going to do. 2pm, all done. Top job, clean and tidy, good all round. Really pleased with the outcome. Recommend them every time. Many thanks guys.

After getting several quotes for a new boiler MDC were the most affordable. Mike was very accommodating and was able to fit the new boiler the same week. When fitting the boiler he and his colleague Sam were very professional, polite, informative and efficient. They left my house clean and tidy and did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend MDC to any of friends and family.

Just had my new boiler installed by Mike cannot thank you enough your service is truly amazing , from start to finish I have been very impressed by the whole service from pricing and no pushy salesmen all done by phone and the price was extremely good too. turned up on time all sorted in a few hours and so tidy

I opted for this company as they had a good deal on for replacement boilers. I was apprehensive as I hadn't used them before and none of my fellow landlords had either however I had nothing to worry about. Super quick appt for fitting and staff both in office and the fitter were extremely pleasant, professional and kept me updated throughout. Did an excellent job at very competitive price , will definitely use again 😊

Mike and his team recently fitted a new combi boiler. He did what was expected and more!! It wasn’t a straight forward job which meant he needed to do extra work and come back.

I’d highly recommend MDC.

Very professional, great and quick service and fair price 👍

Micheal and his team are absolutely fantastic would highly recommend.

Really reliable, extremely professional and gives a fair price.

Anything plumbing related will definitely be back in touch thank you.

Mike took on the job speedily from the comparison site. Arranged to complete the job within a few days, Mike had everything at hand when it came to completing the job especially when it came to his surprise that a bit of new pipe work and wiring was necessary. Thanks Mike 👍 Mikes quote to fit our new hobs (not like for like) was cheaper than the given quote from curry’s. We’ll definitely use Mike again should we need his services.

Mike installed my new Worcester 2000 30KW boiler professional service and workmanship everything was checked and tested and Gas safe certificate issued. Everything was done as we discussed and described to my budget would recommend Mdc plumbing and Gas services to my friends and neighbours.

Excellent service start to finish, old boiler condemned so needed a new boiler, I enquired friday late afternoon, by Monday had my new boiler fitted by Mike, had finance to sort out Monday morning but as soon as that was done Mike attended, clean workspace, no mess left, explained each stage of boiler replacement and job was done in 4 hours👍 would definitely recommend and will be using in the future for all boiler/heating issues

Mike and his team were thorough in responding to my messages providing an explanation of the products available and cost. The job was completed efficiently and within an excellent timeframe. Ultimately, we found Mike to be extremely helpful, friendly and approachable providing an excellent customer service. Thanks, Mike. Dianne

I urgently needed a new boiler and a friend showed me MDC on Facebook offering a new Worcester Bosch 1000 at a hard to beat price including fitting. I gave Mick a call after our conversation I decided to have the higher spec 2000 model as Mick explained this would give a better flow of hot water and a 7 year warranty, and although more expensive was still offered at a hard to beat price including fitting. There wasn’t any pressure to sell me the more expensive one, it was totally my choice. Mick and I agreed a time and date and Mick turned up a couple of days later on time and promptly got on with the fitting. In 4 hours the work was completed and I’d heating and hot water. No hard sales pitch, just good advice and the price Mick quoted was the price I paid, I have no hesitation in recommending MDC and I’d happily use their services again.

Had mick in to fit a new boiler for me and couldn’t recommend highly enough talked me through the whole process of what they would be doing and got it done in a day. I rang on the Tuesday as my boiler was broke and he was here the next morning ready to go with a new boiler, very friendly and unbelievably tidy. A massive 5 ⭐
