MCR BIKES Anmeldelser

I was waiting for a few days to get it packed and shipped, but once done, it arrived very quickly. I was in touch with Jake, and he was very friendly while answering all my questions. Now I can enjoy my beautiful new bike.

10/10 for these guys. Very professional. Purchased used MTB for my son and very responsive, clear and easy to deal with. No complaints at all. Deserve to do well. Thanks Jake

Sold a new high end cycle to Jake, transaction was very smooth, very easy young man to deal with. Very fair and knowledgeable in the cycle business. He deserves to do well, would recommend without hesitation.

I made my initial enquiry for a new bike by email, this provoked an immediate response by phone from Jake who after asking what type of cycling I would be doing went through lots of possibilities, (he advised on the pros and cons of each) and I was able to make what I think was a good decision based on his advice. Payment was simple, and delivery was as promised.
A concern that I did have was what if I don't like it, but that was not a problem as I could return it free of charge if there was a problem.

Top man - honest and transparent communication and know that selling the bike to MCR will mean someone else gets to enjoy it and give it a second life. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 🤙🏻

Brilliant service Jake is a real professional got a great price for my bike money in bank within minutes would highly recommend MCR Bikes

Easy to work with. Quick. No fuss. Friendly. If you have a bike to sell, I'd definitely recommend contacting these guys.

He was very polite, new what he was talking about bike gave me an honest quote .was very professional. Got a good deal for my bike

Wanted to sell my e-bike as it was underused. The price was agreed and collected next day. Great service.

I was selling my bike. As soon I sent off the form MCR bikes contacted me the same day made an offer and made arrangements to pick it up no hassle!

I'll probably buy my next bike from them as well.

We offered our unused new bike for sale and Jake offered a price, which we agreed. Jake then sent us an email that he would collect the bike the following day, I accepted this and then never heard from him again. I sent several chasing emails and eventually received a reply today, three weeks later, saying that he was not interested in the bike. Be very careful of this company they think nothing of wasting your time and appear to have no morals whatsoever.

We travelled from West Wales to Manchester and arranged to meet Jake the following morning before heading home. We agreed a price + place of meeting. My husband viewed the bike and Jake explained everything. Very professional and helpful. Can't fault the service + bikes come with a 1 year warranty

Brilliant company! Jake was a pleasure to deal with, really good communication and a real genuine person. I was able to agree a price for selling my bike quickly with no stupid low ball offers. Agreed price, date/time to collect and was paid quickly as expected. Would highly recommend this company for buying/selling your next bike. Thank you!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Haibike from Jake. The bike arrived very well-packaged, and Jake had even installed new tires and a new drivetrain, which was a pleasant surprise. He also kept me informed about the delivery status, and the bike is in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a quality used bike.

Jake provided a personal service, from start to completion of the transaction.

Presales communication was exemplary, delivery faultless, he supplied a well prepared high end mountain bike in 'as new condition.'

Jake clearly likes bikes and shows his vast experience and knowledge about them naturally and easily in conversation.

We were so impressed with Jake, we met him a week later when with mcrbikes team member Kieran, he delivered another equally 'as new' bike.

Customer focused, nice guy to deal with.

Highly recommended.

I purchased a Cube e-bike from Jake, the bike was as described from the advert.
Upon collection I was taken through the bike and how it worked in great detail.
I was also assured he was there for any future help and maintenance on my purchase.
I would highly recommend MCR Bikes to anybody who is purchasing a bike now or in the future.

Great company,excellent service!!
I sale my E -bike,for good price.

Really fast service. Jake responsive to any questions. Really pleased with bike for my son.

Bought my nephew a bike from here and he loved it he’s 14 and now he wants to become a professional biker😂 The bike it’s self is stunning and works very smooth the gears work perfect so thank you very much and also big thanks to Jake for making this possible I struggled to buy it as my bank account wouldn’t link up but he went through it step by step and I really appreciate that I highly recommend 👍

I recently bought a bike from another company and it was broke before I got it and they wouldn’t let me get a refund so I was abit nervous on purchasing another but I definitely found the right place it works fine and looks amazing even though it is jet black but I still like the design so big thanks to Jake and also the company in general I highly recommend
