McGrocer Anmeldelser

The company used to offer fair shipping rates to the USA. The last several months the prices have gone through the roof. I was told several times that it was an error with a new shipping company and that I should place an order and they would correct the shipping. They have since refused to amend the $208 shipping. Customer Service is a joke. They must fob off emails to a 3rd party company as they are useless.

Staff is god

Very sufficient, smooth experience, items were packaged carefully and securely, arrived in excellent condition. Delivery all together took one week which in my opinion is great, though I chose McGrocer over other companies because of faster delivery time and paid almost 2 times more hoping for my order to arrive within 4-5 days (I think delivery time listed on the website was 3 days). Still I'm very happy with their service.

We were recently in the UK and loved some of the candy there. It was great to be able to order what we wanted and have it shipped here. It came very quickly and was perfect. Great experience. Will order again.

Fast shipping, well packed.

Thank you so much for filling my very large baby formula order!

Everything went very smoothly. I got my order much quicker than I expected.

Excellent service! would recommend McGrocer to anyone looking for quality products, stellar customer service and express delivery. Well done!

Their service is fast from England to Canada! The food is packed securely and, although not dry food or in cans, it's wrapped and packed so well it arrives in wonderful condition....and still edible. I was staying in Wales with friends recently and their ritual every evening while waiting for the meal to be ready, was to sip some wine and have a slice of M&S cheesy garlic bread. I'm home now and was missing it. Thank you for providing this service!!! Joan

Received the product in timely fashion. Responsive Customer service

I just had my baby on November 5 C-section plan to breast-feed but had to supplement, My baby has had no bad side effect no spit up no problems at all The kendamill goat infant stage 1 formula.

As an overseas customer, one always hesitate to use a new provider. With McGrocer, I experienced responsive and professional customer service plus reliable and fast delivery . I recommend it.

I was so pleased with the service and the speed of the delivery. Everything was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely shop again.

I was so happy to find this sauce could be shipped to the USA! The shipping was lightning fast and everything arrived safely.

Absolutely amazing thank you all for being professional & getting my package to me with no issues!!!

This is a scam, they are advertising that a product is available but after the checkout you get notification that it does not. When you ask them to adjust the website they do by INCREASING THE PRICE X 2 of the item which does not exists.

Also do not get fooled by the welcome discount, it does not work. This is the start of fraudulent behaviour from their side.

The comunication by mail to get information was uncanny, go on in this way
Kudos

Good service, well packed.

I ordered from McGrocer over a week ago and have STILL not received my order!

I even have to wait days to even get an email response from them!

Really shocking service
