McGrocer Anmeldelser

Made products sold in GB accessible to people living outside the UK. That's great for us.

I was a bit disappointed that I had to order so much but the items are difficult if not impossible to get in Australia. My friend who was the recipient has assured me everything arrived safe and sound.

I had a very good experience ordering with you and the product it perfect as my expectations, but unfortunately the delivery prices are too high, it's more convenient for me to come to UK(first since my cousin lives in Bath, a small town near Bristol and second since I have discounted plane tickets) and take it with me in the plane.

Excellent service

Don't know how this company is getting good reviews.. really got ripped off..
Have ordered Uk Goods many times but never had this experience where first they take more than a week before they even ship your order, -then- at the last minute and without giving any opportunity to do anything, they simply claim half of your order is 'unavailable' !! No option to cancel and no explanation.. never had that experience with any other UK shipper and would strongly advise anyone to think twice about using this company!!!

Excellent contact. Accurate and clear information. Fast delivery. Thanks!

Arrived on time. Delivered as requested. Goods intact. Thank you.

Your website is easy to use. The order to shopping basket to checkout is clear and simple.

Just wish freight cost wasnt so high to the other side of the world? The tyranny of distance I guess.

I'm satisfied. The shipping cost are definitely too high

Mcgrocer is sending me baby formular that's expiring within a month

Great communication, delivered on time and I WILL be ordering more from them

Great communication while order is in progress

Wanted to know why shipping costs were so high from a UK based company to a UK address. Then to see they expected to be paid extra for duty/customs when in this country. After looking at reviews have decided will give this company a miss from now on as can see that people find them unethical, untruthful and unprincipled. Cancelled my order.

My entire experience was absolutely amazing. From the fabulous customer service to the speedy delivery everything was wonderful and my items arrived packaged very well to prevent damage.

They were responsive, set expectations on international shipping costs, communicated effectively about the tracking of the product, and the product itself is the best brow gel/laminator I've ever used.

A little slow in delivery but otherwise a great service

Quick delivery

Fast reliable good customer service issue resolved in timely fashion

Difficult to find item, but McGrocer had it. Packaging was SUPERB - best I've ever seen! Competitive price

Everything from ordering to delivery went so smooth and props to the team for reaching out to sort out the customs issue. Really professional throughout the whole delivery cycle. Thank you very much.
