Two days in a row i ordered a coffee and a fruit and fiber muffin from the drive through in Elmira, when I got to work my muffin was a chocolate chip muffin that I can't eat. The second day I ordered the same but this time i checked and it was wrong again.
I complained and they got me the right one. They wanted the wrong muffin back after I had touched it and I hope that they didn't resell it!

Deer run ask to get the order fresh I guess double dipping the food back in the grease is called fresh I can see my place from the McDonald's in deer run calgary S.E and when I got home it was like it was delivered from the McDonald's in high river ALL OF IT COLD AND GROSS The garbage 🗑 loved it

I visited McDonalds on Clayhill Road in Mississauga Rd, as I have often done in the past, because it's close to where I live. But my experience recently was so bad that I refuse to visit this location again. The "manager" on duty refused to honour the special that they had available on the McD phone app! I couldn't believe it. Be aware.

I went to Mc Donalds (20 Eglinton Avenue East) restaurant on 31st Oct 2021 at 8.32 PM. My order number was 110. Transaction# 1LN4XYK53F. I have specifically mentioned Filet fish without cheese and sauce as I have allergies to those. But after bringing the food while I opened at home, I found it with cheese. When I called the restaurant immediately after that, noone picked up the call. I was not in a position to go back and change it as I was too much tired. I have to throw that order and this has not happened with me for the first time. Multiple times it happened and I have notified it to the restaurant staff regarding this. But it's of no use. It's really frustrating.

I went and ordered Macdonalds for the first time in 25yrs to see if they had actually gotten better and unfortunately they have gotten worse...the Big Mac tasted only like thousand island dressing and pickles and the Creme Brulee donuts tasted like undercooked brown suger...maybe in 25 yrs it may be better

Ordered the Egg BLT McMuffin. Pulled it out of the bag, had the same feel as a soggy diaper. How do these people think that much mayonnaise on anything is good? Fired it right into the garbage. Thanks Folks, great job.

The McDonalds in the Scarborough Town Centre food court has the worst customer service and mostly unfriendly staff.
The person working there refused to provide me with a soft drink refill and was charging me 25 cents for extra ketchup.
Also the staff makes the worst coffee by not following our preferences.
If you want better service then go to the McDonalds at the Walmart location.

I ordered for seriously chicken burger and received double big mac , I asked SkipTheDishes the as i ordered through them the customer service lady Charlene S said they don’t refund I asked mac Donald’s they didn’t do either so my money went through the drain and I’m still hungry at the end

I received coupons in the mail, which I normally use. Except this time I noticed that what was pictured on the coupon, was not was was actually being offered. For instance a double Big Mac was pictured on a combo deal for a regular Big Mac. AND....the sausage breakfast sandwich is no longer Included in the already expensive breakfast price, even though once again, it was pictured on the coupon. Very shifty business practice! I can get a much tastier, bigger, healthier breakfast almost anywhere. Now I just order ahead and pick up a bigger, healthier and tastier breakfast, and wait less time than ordering at McDonalds.

1) I refuse to tolerate dishonest or misleading business practises. 2) When high quality food is both cheaper and quicker than "fast food"...what's the point of fast food again?

I visited today after a 1K walk, ordered a medium coffee with milk and Splenda. I was given a small coffee with just milk. Young till staff just don't focus on their jobs and listen. Also, this McDonalds has a very old hand dryer which takes a long time to leave your hands damp. I have mentioned this to store managers in past (at least 5 years ago) and they agree there are many complaints. But the owner just doesn't care.Other locations in this area have the Dyson or Xcel dryers which are much better

The new breakfast burritos are disgusting. Having healthy options is awesome and if the very few people want to eat whole wheat tortilla crap then good for them, but I can assure you a majority of people will not like this disgusting concoction. Recommend giving an option for white flour tortilla instead of just the whole wheat garbage. Extremely disappointed after not having breakfast burritos in quite some time.

We went to Barrie North (Bayfield) McDonalds on Sunday morning. We ordered 3 Sausage and egg McMuffin meals with drinks. We waited 20 minutes before we received order. Many customers after us received their orders. We had am employee mention as we waited in designated waiting spot beside building that our eggs were getting cooked fresh. When the order finally arrived the Manager delivered it apologized briefly but told us we were getting 2 free Big Mac coupons. We would have accepted that, even though our wait was unacceptable. It was a feeble and not very genuine apology. To make matters worse after leaving we noticed the coupons had expired already ( 6 months) ago. We are from out of area so returning the coupons is not possible. We are very disappointed with first excessive wait, then horrible customer service rectifying the problem.

This location is the worst. They always mess up the order. Something is always wrong or missing... Torqy I ordered a coffee with 2 milk and 2 donuts The donuts are frozen solid and my coffee does not have milk. I threw out the whole meal. I am never happy going here and never will ever again.. I will be driving 15 minutes to go to another location now or I will go to tim horton

Working night shift, went to Mcdonalds at 1am. Ordered a McChicken meal. It was terrible. It tasted like both the chicken and fries were refried in old or cold oil. Atleast twice as much mayo/sauce as usual. Too much. Its not cheap, and the customers deserve quality for their money.

I am very upset with how McDonalds is preforming the past few years.I live in Courtice,Ontario McDaonlds location is at Town Line and Hwy 2
Ridiculous every time I go there we have to pull over and wait.Countless times they forget who’s order is it and I watch them walk around with no idea who’s order they have.
It is a complete mess.We order two kids meals and a bigMac combo and every time it’s can you pls pull ahead and wait.
What sent me off today was I was on my way to work this morning and thought I’ll grab a quick coffee and a few hash browns at 530am.Nobody in line and yet again sir can you pls pull ahead and wait. So I did,I parked in the spot facing the store and noticed 3 employees on their phones doing nothing and one poor girl at the window busting her butt.
I waited 9min for them to come out when I should have been on my way,NOT ACCEPTABLE.I get it’s all about the money and craming in as many customers as you can double lines etc.If you can’t keep up with the orders then hire better staff close one line just DO BETTER YOU ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY I EXPECT TO BE SERVED ON TIME YOUR FOOD IS NOT CHEAP ITS ONLY GONNA GO UP SO DO IT BETTER.
From now on I’m not moving forward and I’ll hold up the entire operation until you get my order or give me a refund.
What has changed you use to do better McDonalds????
And don’t you dare blame Covid this has been ongoing for a long time.
