I did book it from Friday until the Saturday when it’s went through booked same day daughter wasn’t well family suite so big loss 180 pound phoned up the man said well don’t turn up tonight lose it and be no refund absolutely gutted so are the kids it was a mistake every where else look I put check in date Monday to Friday my daughter being ill shes devastated really not happy even if booked it next available Friday family suite wasn’t cheap I’d of been happy taking money won’t even let me change the date had to be there for 9 latest

Ordered two items that were meant to come together the table for a garden fast delivery and seams OK.
The parasol to go with it didn't arrive, after a whatsapp conversation I need to wait till 11 July! Said I'd like a refund, no can't have. Why if not left warehouse? I say because they are selling stock they don't have. I won't use again.
Why aren't trading standards doing something about this "business"?

The table was delivered a few days later and I'm pleased with it. Then parasol is huge but the base needed to be screwed down as will not withstand wind a will fall. Product is good but information poor. So will up my rating however customer service is a low rate, bad communication.

A fake Wood and wrought iron Dining Room table. I'm pretty darn sure a Company of this supposed caliber shouldn't build and sell something as bad as thing and then, unlike any reputable online business not accept any returns of this defective product.The suface got pits and deformities in the surface and the legs are not able to be locked place so they move together allowing the leaves to fall down. For over $500. I BELIEVE I'VE SEEN BETTER at TARGET or even Costco.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. I ordered a mirror on 24 August with a two week delivery period. I was then sent an email to say the item was estimated to be delivered on 1 November (today). I received no communication regarding the delivery and when went online to see my order i tried to use the online chat which is absolutely useless!! They tell you to message their customer services department but don't give you a number to call. I've just cancelled the order and have taken note never to use them again. It's appalling that you can't speak to anyone!!!!!!

What a joke this company!
I ordered a bed, they rescheduled 4 times the delivery.
Me and my husband take off from the work for receiving the order..for nothing.
The costumer service useful... and the driver lying every time we are not home.
So disappointed...

I orderd a loveseat, they took my money and never received the loveseat They never answer the phone and do not reply to emails BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I decided to give them a change and was surprised to see that they accepted my order on the 26th ... 1 day after the delivery date the products never left the shop and I was never informed about this .
No compensation for waisting my time and make me wait for an order that was on hold for the whole time.

Company will not respond to emails or provide replied to emails that incriminate them and their misleading practices. I'm having to file a lawsuit to prove that they would not provide all of the emails and the original account purchases in my account, they changed it for their benefit to cover up a mistake on their part.

I bought an egg chair 39.00 of mayfair home & garden they took the money out as sp pureessence I didn't receive it and they won't reply to emails so iv informed bank and they are investigating and informing the police

This company has now renamed to BlueBird Home & Garden!!

It’s a scam , they charge and you keep waiting for delivery .it’s been 4 months now.

Says dispatched 10-25 days. Still waiting!! Is this a scam.?
I have been I touch with my bank for a refund. Lucky for me my bank have just this minute refunded me.

Paid for and Egg chair on 1st of June, have not received anything nor have I had any response from the contact I have made with them as to the whereabouts of my order. Absolute SCAM and feel very silly now for even bothering to purchase with them after reading all the awful feedback reviews as it seems they just scam over and over again.

Scam alert I got nothing I waited 2 months I have decided to let the bank deal with it. Never got a email to confirm purchase and now my bank are dealing with the fraud

Well I never thought that I would be scammed like this, I have heard nothing at all from these morons,my experience with these scamming scumbags is I have been royally ripped off, they have taken my money and I have received nothing. I will be getting in touch with my bank in morning and will definitely take this further. Don't know how these vile people sleep at night....they do not deserve a one star review but there is no option to give them a minus 10 .

It's a total scam! I ordered June 2nd and have heard nothing since. Also emailed "customer service" and had No response.

Not good at all

Complete scam artists. Bought an egg chair for £39 after seeing a TikTok advert (conveniently, comments were turned off).

Website said same day dispatch before 2pm. 2 days later no news so I followed up. Some liar called Valerie emailed me apologising for the delay but they were ‘inundated’ with orders. She provided a tracking link - that of course, didn’t work.

A few days later, I received an email from ‘Fedex’ providing proof that a person not in my name, nor at my address had signed for my package.

These idiotas can’t even fake a correct postcode though and put it as ‘CW’ which is not only not in Wales, where I live, but I know for a fact is in England!

Of course idiot Valerie was never to be heard from again, so I simply reported it as a fraudulent transaction to my bank (who have refunded me in full) & reported their TikTok ad as fraudulent.

It seemed too good to be true - and it was. AVOID
