I’m happy to have found what I was looking for in great condition and at a pretty good price. My cost was further reduced with a first purchase discount and free shipping. Customer service was excellent, thanks to Chong, who answered my emails immediately. The very best shopping experience that I’ve had in a long time.

I’ve been looking for a Loewe XL puzzle for months when I stumbled upon the listing on Shop. When I saw the price, I decided to give this store shot. I am so glad that I did, because not only was the bag in amazing condition - they included a dust bag and internal organizer! Chong was nice and very transparent about the process at every step. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but I felt I’d like to about my purchase from Maxuria, as it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. While I was looking at an item I wanted to purchase, they answered all my questions very clearly, in a friendly manner, and super fast at any time of day — it made me feel like Maxuria never sleeps. When I purchased the item, their top tier customer service continued. The next day, they sent me more detailed pictures to make sure I have a full understanding of the item’s condition. The item shipped with a tracking number that allowed me to follow its progress closely, and arrived (relatively quickly, despite having to travel a very long distance) packed quite carefully. They notified me where was my package every step of the way, and worked with customs as well as the carrier to ensure the package was delivered to my door safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maxuria to my friends and family if they are considering to purchase high end used items.

communication was phenomenal via whatsapp! i bought a bag for my wifey for christmas, and the guys were super caring and diligent with helping me organise what was a very complex delivery in terms of timing! initially messaged around 11pm expecting to hear back in the morning and they replied only 4 mins later! and discussed purchase and delivery very straightforwardly. they stayed in contact throughout and during delivery. baggy arrived on time and in immaculate condition per description, thoroughly won over and really happy. really small boutique gave me a totally bespoke treatment right off the bat…. can’t recommend enough. don’t usually write reviews but this was IT

Maxuria was a great luxury shopping experience. I purchased a Hermes Birkin 30 for a reasonable price. The bag was authenticated before shipping by my authenticator of choice. Communication was top notch, professional and friendly. There was a delay with shipping that was not Maxuria’s fault. They were attentive every step of the way, communicating with the shipping company and keeping me updated until my bag arrived safely at my door. The bag was in the condition described, the hardware with stickers and new. I am very pleased with my purchase and am all ready looking at a second piece!

The whole buying experience with Maxuria was very hassle free and seamless. Words cannot explain how their customer service team went above and beyond to deliver and boy did they deliver!

I was wary at first with lots of counterfeits in the market but their chatbot and customer service team helped me obtain the certifications of authenticity that I requested. The lines of communication were very consistent and I obtained all the links to the authenticators that I requested.

I was also worried about customs duties but being in the US, the fees were actually included in the price! Another win!

After authentication and confirmation on the price, I went ahead and purchased a Birkin in “excellent” condition and I didn’t think it would be possible but the bag actually looked brand new upon receiving it! Literally store fresh, impeccable condition.
