Any time i have the smallest issue i cannot resolve , I use the chat or I open a ticket. The staff is quick to respond and so far I always had every issue resloved in a very timely manner. A special mention to Peter who is always extremely helpful in chat sessions and goes the extra mile every time!

The only reason of 4 stars as they started the transfer without discussing and giving the option which records we would like to keep causing A minimal disruption.

Maxer support were fantastic - we had an issue with our Wordpress installation admin system redirecting in an infinite loop, so we reached out to the Maxer support team and they came straight back with a configuration for CloudFlare that fixed our issue and got us straight up and running. I have been with this firm for over a decade and they’re absolutely excellent. Personnel are very proficient always come back to you - on the phone if necessary and you never have to wait very long for them to sort an issue out. Not that there are many issues at all in the time we’ve been with them.
