Excellent service. Went in with an emergency and my car was immediately taken care of. Chris - the technician - was helpful and knowlegable and effencient. Very grateful for the professional help.

If I could give a zero I would! I just left there in tears. I made an appointment to fix my headlight last week. I called Friday to see if I could come in earlier on Saturday and they said I didn't have an appointment. Then I called back after checking my call logs and they said that wasn't proof that I needed an order number. Then, they said somebody put me in for Tuesday which is my birthday and I'm not even here I made another appointment for Sunday and left work early. When I got there they told me I wasn't on the books! I was so frustrated and had tears in my eyes, I said to the front desk person I'm not mad at you but I'm very upset. The mechanics manager came in and said what's the problem? By this time i'm so upset with the whole situation and I started to tell him he said don't raise your voice woman! What?! He was so rude to me and said you don't come in here yelling at us you don't have an appointment. I was shocked , I have never been disrespected this way at a service center. The man at the front desk was silent just typing away in the computer. I took out my camera and pushed the record button and said go ahead and say that to me again of course he stopped. I called the Manchester office and they couldn't have been kinder and got me in for tomorrow. I will never go back to the Whiting location again, this is the second time I have had trouble and the last

Received great service at Whiting NJ Mavis for oil change, tire rotation and battery check. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. All work was done in a timely and efficient manner.

I will never go to Mavis again. Wanted an oil change and the front headlight was out. Headlight couldn’t be replaced because the headlight mechanic wasn’t there. A lot of stupidity at the front desk.
