Mavis Tire - Tucker Anmeldelser 

On 8/19/2026, I went to the Mavis at 2023 Mountain Industrial Blvd, Tucker, GA 30084, and I want to warn everyone about employee Danny and manager Ericka. I was given the wrong type of tire for my car, and I was charged $179.99 for a tire that is not worth that amount and is not meant for my vehicle. This is not just a pricing dispute it is a safety and policy issue.

During that visit, this location did not follow Mavis policy. I showed them a competitor's tire price on my phone, and Danny told me they would price match it. When I went to pay, I was charged over $200 total, including $179.99 for the tire, even though the competitor's tire was not that high. They then claimed they helped me out by applying a cash discount, but I already had a voucher coupon and had shown it to them, so they did not help me at all. They lied about the price, ignored the price match they promised, and took advantage of me. I have visited this location multiple times about this too, trying to find a solution yet not a single time did they provide me with any help.

I am not asking for another tire from this location or store credit. I just want to be refunded for this tire because it was the wrong type for my car and I was upcharged for it. I have my receipt and voucher coupon and can provide them if needed. I also want this complaint investigated, because Danny and Ericka should not be allowed to lie to customers, ignore Mavis policy, and sell the wrong tires at inflated prices.

Do NOT go here!! This is the Mavis on Mountain Industrial Road, in Tucker!! They have tried to rip me off 2 different times! The 1st being years ago-they quoted me $1250 for brake work. I went to an independent family owned business that did the SAME work, MUCH more customer-friendly and kept communication going with me the WHOLE time, and the bill was only $450 for the SAME repairs Mavis “recommended.”

Then, the 2nd time I went back to Mavis (this year…years AFTER my horrible experience years ago) was willing to give them a 2nd chance, and hoping management/staff had changed…but, alas….NO! Again, they uselessly recommended I need 2 NEW tires that had nails in them, for $375 (without taking the 2 seconds it took to look up the fact I already had a WARRANTY for tires)-should have been FREE!! They still had the online “record” of my old license tag, even tho that the last time, they had the new tag in their system. The man was too lazy and stupid to look up my warranty, AND new tag info-when BOTH bits of information THEY ALREADY HAD!! Clearly, they try to rip people off. Not sure if it was because I am a woman, or what. But, that is so appalling & offensive! I WIlL NEVER return here. P.S. when my hubby called, they “magically” said-“oh yes…here is the warranty and the “new” license tag, when for me, hmmm?!…they magically didn’t have that same information?! RIDICULOUS. Corporate chains like this SUCK and just try to rip you off. They DO NOT CARE!!

Absolutely!! the BEST experience l had in awhile. The people and managers were so cool, kind, friendly and personal. I will always go back there. And if want good customer service; fair prices, quality service and experience information about your car/tires needs, please go there. I will treat you right!!

I recently bought a car, and just after my first oil change, the drain plug came out a which is not supposed to happen , causing my engine to get damaged. It’s been five months since then. I’ve only spoken to the regional manager twice and even sent him a PDF, but he misunderstood it and closed my case multiple times without resolving the issue.

It is always geeat.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Erica today. She took my car in on time and she told me everything they had to do. Some of the techs tried to help me also. A very good visit.

I always get more than I pay for at this place. I really value their convenience, promptness, warmth, and professionalism.

I was in and out in an hour! Customer service was wonderful and I felt like my car was cared for with honesty and integrity! Thank you!

This will be my third vehicle that I’m bringing in to get tires and an alignment. Aurora at your Tucker location gives excellent service and what’s key for me it that she listens to you as the customer and tells you what’s best for your vehicle and makes sure you understand the importance of getting your warranty for your parts. I will continue coming here as long as you continue to keep great employees like her.

Given how busy the Tucker location is, I was happy that they were able to service my car even though I had to go back twice because of lack of parts, etc. While I appreciate their hard work? My only complaint would be the grease that was left on my driver's seat, middle console, and arm rests which are made of leather.

My appointment was on time with no problem, I was out on time. Keep up the good work!
