They were open on Sunday, so...
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Immediately after leaving I went to wash my car and noticed a lug nut was broken off. I hand wash my car btw. Anyways I went right back and bought it to their attention, first he tried to charge me to replace it, but I refused as it was in when I came. He went and spoke to someone in the back and then returns to tell me he doesn't " think," they rotated the tires. I told him that if they didn't why was it in my invoice and part of my service fee? Anyways, they replaced it free of charge , but I shouldn't have had to go through all the hoopla to get it done.

Excellent service!
They work me in as needed to keep me safe on the road. They are always pleasant to communicate with and go the extra mile to make things right. I really depend on them. I feel I can trust them to work on my car unlike other repair shops here in Shelby. Recently I had wheel alignment done and have no complaints.

Fast oil change
I made an 8:00 appointment for an oil change. Had within 1000 miles purchcased tires from Mavis so only neeed the oil change. Was in and out in no time. Thank you!
