Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. Manager and other are incompetent and uncaring. They are unaware of and not familiar with tire manufacturers' warranties. I had to send them one manufacturer's warranty policy, and they refused to file legitimate claims. They also entered a completely made-up DOT number on my invoice, since someone was to lazy to look at the number on the tire.
Never again!
