Will not go back !!
Went to this specific location because I’ve been coming here for years. They put a plug on tire because of a little nail. But suggested I get a new tire on a brand new car. Told me the location of the nail is why I need a new one. The best they can do on pricing was $329 for a Bridgestone tire. I went to get a second opinion and guess what ? The plug was done incorrectly and the bolts were very loose. Pretty much I could have had a bad accident. The tire place located in Garfield was honest and came to my rescue. Will not be going to this location in Ridgewood if it was the last place standing.

I payed $90 for a full service and they did not check everything like the air filter basically it was just to fill the oil. I would appreciate if they would take their time next time since I paid for full service.

RIPOFF ARTISTS
RIPOFF ARTISTS. I went in to get air pressure checked on ONE front tire and whether the tire could be repaired or replaced. Within 5 minutes of "inspecting" I was told I needed FOUR new tires plus new shock absorbers. Never up on a lift to look at....just the managers "expert opinion".
I asked for an estimate ~ he guessed ~ $1200. Next day was told $1500.
I took the car to my mechanic for a 2nd opinion & was told my back tires were fine, shocks were good & the front tire (one with pressure problem) did need to be replaced especially since whoever put them on put the wrong tires on (mismatched to the back on a 4 wheel drive.) potentially causing damage to my car.
Tires were put on 2 years ago by ...you guesses it...Mavis. Total scam artists who apparently do shoddy work & lie to customers. Plenty of options in the Ridgewood area...stay away from this place!!!!!!

Been here multiple times and received excellent service each and every time. Each time I called around to get quotes for the job to be done they have had the best prices
Both Dee and Joe explain what needs to be done and they go out of their way to get you in and out so you can go on your way.
