Unbelievable!
My wife and I were returning from Jax to Myrtle Beach on Sunday, 6-7. Tire pressure warning light came on and tire went flat. It being Sunday, I was certain that we were not going to find anyone to help us. I was totally wrong! After the temp spare was changed by Road Service and knowing we could not make it to Myrtle Beach on the Temp Spare, we went to Mavis Tire in Kingsland, 1601 e. King Ave, it was around 3PM. I explained our situation to the Manager on Duty, expecting to be waiting for a long time, as they were busy. Again, I was totally wrong. He took my key, asked my wife and I to take a seat in the waiting room and pulled our car in the bay. 20mins later we were back on the road! Unbelievable! This type of comment to Customer Service should not go unnoticed. Thanks again to this Store and Staff in getting a couple of old Grand Parents back on the road and safely Home.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The staff was timely, generous with their help, and truly went above and beyond. Everything was handled efficiently, and we felt well taken care of. We will absolutely be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Highly recommend!

Oil change review

The oil maintenance minder was not reset when the oil was changed. The old Mavis window sticker was let on the window when the new one was applied. The center console was shuffled through and things let on the passenger seat.
